Bought a 3500 on line, scary and cool all at the same time!!
I bought this truck sight unseen, other than pictures on the internet. Had it delivered to my door from North Carolina to Philly, they pulled up on a roll off and dropped my new truck with temp tags and registration, and picked up my trade in. Very scary process for this touchy feelly guy, but given the price, I took a chance. I dealt with Angela Adcock in internet sales, and she walked me through the process. You even get local tax an tags done for you, they can register a vehicle in any state. I have been shopping for a long time for an HD ram and no one, and I mean no one in this area could even come anywhere near the price I paid at Kernersville. Do yourself a favor and Ask for Angela Adcock in internet sales. You will not be disappointed!!! Love the truck, love the deal I got and actually came to love the process. It would be nice if more dealers just cut all the xx and sold a truck at a fairs price with no theatrics, but around here anyway, that seems to be a fantasy.

Worst dealership I've been to
The only positive experience I had was my sales person. Was a very nice guy and is the only reason I'm giving a one star. I bought a Ram 3500 and was very happy with it. I had a few problems when I purchased it but it was to be fixed with the deal I worked out when I bought it. It was supposed to take 30 days to be fixed... or so I was told. After them constantly cancelling my appointments for the truck to be fixed I finally was able to bring my truck in 3 months later. It took them this long for them to get the plastic piece to go over my dash cluster. Upon picking my truck up they never even replaced that part that I've been waiting on for months, not to mention how they dented my bumper while it was in their shop. The BIG problem I'm currently having and the reason I'm writing this review is because I was supposed to be getting a free oil change which they said they did when I had my truck there. A little after a month of having my truck back, my engine light came on and my truck was overheating. I checked the oil and I've never seen dirtier oil in my life. Mind you, I still have over a thounsand miles and over a month till my next oil change, so there's absolutely no way the oil should be that dirty. Also I'm in the military and they know this because they gave me a discount when I purchased the truck. They knowingly took advantage of me, lied to me, and now am looking at thousands of dollars to fix the problems that should have never even happened.

2 new vehicles, 2 months apart, 2 great people!
Angela Adcock and Shawn Cumber both helped my wife and I purchase a 2017 Ram 3500hd back in March then 2 months later we contacted them again and they helped us purchase a 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited after we tried to go to another dealership to buy a jeep and were not happy with the other salesman. We found our way back to Kernersville Dodge, Angela and Shawn! I will and have recommended the dealership, Angela and Shawn Cumber to anyone.

Great sales person, grumpy finance person
Our sales person David Maxon was a pleasure to deal with. He went out of his way to show us several trucks that met our criteria. He never tried to push a more expensive truck than what our budget allowed. We went home to think about it and we didn't get the typical must buy it today attitude from David. We returned a few days later to talk to David again and we decided to purchase the truck. He went to battle for us several times with the management as we offered a bit less than the asking price. Finally we settled on a fair price and I think we got a great deal. My only negative comment would be that for an all cash deal, with no financing, and no trade-in, it took over an hour before we met with the finance person. It was week day evening and they were not that busy. David kept apologizing and said we should be next to deal with the finance person. Finally my wife went and found the finance person herself and he said that he had "just gotten our paperwork". Not sure where that paperwork was for the last hour. The finance guy was extremely grumpy and when my wife asked why it took so long he stated rudely that they sell 600 cars a month and work until 11pm. He never did address why we waited over an hour just to write a check. Again, we weren't financing and didn't have a trade-in. Should have been a 10 minute deal.

Awesome experience buying our first truck!
My husband and I Went to Kernersville Dodge to check out a truck my husband saw online. We saw it in the parking lot but decided to go in and see what else they had. David approached us outside and was so friendly! He didn't pressure us to do anything and helped us find the perfect truck for us! Everything went so smooth, and worked out so great! It was definitely the best experience we have had with a dealership/dealer! Thank you so much David for all your help, we are so pleased with our new truck!

Seemed to have no attention to detail and sense of people's time. After having returned for second day in a tie to correct issues, not even free oil change, coupons, just a thanks.. which had I had work done right the first time wouldn't have needed!

Failed to disclose damage - no call back from sales manager
Purchased a used 2014 suv 5 days ago. I failed to get a third party to inspect the car prior to purchasing (my fault), but the dealer assured me there were no issue with the car, I test drove it. . When I got home, I looked under the car and noticed the entire undercarriage, engine were crusted in mud, the metal strip on the water sealers on the driver side was corroded and fell apart . Took the car to a local body shop, and was told there was water damage. I contact my sales persons, made them aware of the water damage and provided the pictures 5 days ago to support my claim. I requested the sales manager to contact me to resolve this matter. To this date, the sales manager has not even reached out to discuss my claim. Not inspecting the car was my fault. Not having the sales manager contact me after repeated requests and after making a claim is unprofessional and unacceptable.

As a customer I have reached out to you enough times. A mediocre sales manager would have reached out after my initial complaint. Don't ask me to call you, you should have been calling me to make sure this was resolved before I posted my original review.
