I have bought three vehicles from Dodge/Jeep but in Tampa

I have bought three vehicles from Dodge/Jeep but in Tampa Bay. My residence is in Brandon so this dealership is close. However, this is the worst service department ever. And I mean ever. If you take your car there for an appointment, you might hear from them according to their service advisor within 72 hours. Why do you take appointments? I was advised that's just to check you in. And then they had the audacity you said there's 90 people on the waiting list to even get a loaner vehicle. The person I spoke with had a very smug attitude and stated do you wanna leave your car here or go somewhere else. Like they own us. When my vehicles need to be changed over, I will never purchase a Dodge or Jeep again knowing that this is the only closest dealership with a service department. I believe I will go to Chevrolet. Save yourself some time and do not go to this dealership for any type of service that provides customer service.

I had an excellent experience at Courtesy Chrysler! I recently purchased my car there and was assisted by Greg Wilbur, who was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly attentive throughout the entire process, patiently answered all my questions, and even helped me set up several features after the purchase. His outstanding service truly made a difference. I highly recommend this dealership—and especially Greg!
