Dishonest and deceptive, the dealership knew about damages to the vehicle and never disclosed it untiI I discovered the damages and at first pretended to not have known then basically said oh well your problem , I would definitely never recommend this place.

The cosmetic "damage" was clearly shown in the pictures on our website as well as you walking around and seeing the entire truck before signing contracts. Nothing was hidden from you. You called a few days later wanting money back for scratches and telling me the truck was in an accident despite Carfax, which you were given a copy upfront, showing no accidents. We priced the vehicle based on its cosmetic condition which I explained to you on the phone. Nothing about this transaction from Motion Kia was dishonest or deceptive.
I emailed Bob Lizanich about the smashed front bumper and the drivers door and rear passsenger door damages immediately that were more then dented the truck had damage down the entire side right along the factory body line in such a way it was not noticeable unless you looked for it at it from multiple angles, a deep groove that pushed in both doors. Bob Lizanich stated he did to not receive the emails and pictures, so on the next day the dealership was open I spoke with the salesperson who stated sorry we didnt catch that damage /see it but when I spoke with Bob Lizanich I had to find pictures from their listings which were taken to not highlight any damage and were slightly blurry then the story changed , The dealership was deceptive in not disclosing any damages they showed a clear car fax and even in their response the acknowledged they knew the vehicle had been damaged as they said they priced it accordingly , its the dealerships obligation to disclose significant damages that considerably devalue the vehicle , they failed to meet that obligation. I asked what can we do to remedy the situation to which Bob Lizanich petty much said your on your own. So I stand by my previously made statement stay far away from this place , they are not reputable.
