We were replacing our 14 year old Audi Q5, and Tony was a breeze to deal with! Very professional and knowledgeable about the car we purchased (another Q5) and helped us navigate the process with ease! I would definitely recommend him for any purchase!

He then introduced us to Jake M., who guided us through the rest of the process with exceptional professionalism. Jake was knowledgeable, friendly, and always available to answer our questions. He was never pushy and treated my daughter with patience and kindness, which made the experience so much better. The support didn’t stop there—sales managers Jon C. and Ally were incredibly helpful, providing insight and assistance as we made our decision. Jon C. even took the extra step of reaching out to a VW dealership to get answers to some of our specific questions, which really stood out to us. Financing is usually the part of buying a car we dread, but this time, it was refreshingly smooth. Tony in the finance department was fantastic! He clearly explained all of our options without any pressure, making what is often a stressful process feel effortless. It's clear that the leadership at Marietta Audi has built a team that truly values customer service. Every person we interacted with was professional, attentive, and genuinely invested in making the experience positive. My wife met with Kareem Cornell at Jim Ellis Audi Marietta last Friday, and the experience was so good that we came back Saturday (without an appointment). Kareem wasn’t available, but he introduced us to Tony Muirhead — and we couldn’t have been in better hands. We weren’t planning to buy Saturday, but with the incentives Tony put together and going to bat with John his sales manager, the deal was too good to pass up. He was knowledgeable, personable, and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. And here’s the thing — you always expect a 5-star experience during the sale, but post-sale is where you really see what a company is made of. Our car was delivered late on a Saturday and the detail department was already closed, so the presentation wasn’t exactly showroom ready. But Tony and John told us to bring it back and they’d take care of it — and wow, did they ever. The car came back looking better than we ever could’ve expected. Huge kudos to their detail guy — he did an incredible job. 5 stars all around. If you’re looking for an Audi, go see the team at Jim Ellis Audi Marietta — especially Tony Muirhead!

Chris Walston was fantastic! Best experience we ever had with a car sales person. Extremely courteous, patient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Chris and encourage requesting him by name. Randy Blosser was also a true pleasure to work with. No pressure, just interested in providing any support needed.

Chris Walston is a top notch professional throughout the car shopping experience. He answered all our questions and focused on what we were looking for in a new SUV. No pressure at all! He was completely transparent as was Randy Blosser, Sales Manager. They offered a price that was fair on the new car and on our trade-in.
