The sales team member who assisted me throughout was friendly and courteous, and kept me informed about when I could expect the vehicle to be in the inventory. The dealership offers a very inviting environment once inside. The location is along a busy street, but once inside this is quickly forgotten. The sales team (Ron and Josh) were readily available and offered assistance without being overbearing. I had a slight loss of communication with the finance team, but the general manager (Victor) was able to step in and quickly resolve my issue. From that moment forward no additional issues were encountered. I really appreciate Victor’s input in correcting the communication breakdown. My closing experience was with Shawn, and options were presented with the benefits, but without any added pressure to choose beyond my selections. Overall minus the communication lapse a good shopping experience as expected from a Volvo dealership.
