Dansville Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

I purchased my Jeep Wrangler here in 2021. I had a great experience with the actual sale. The problem is with the service. With a Jeep purchase you receive 3 free oil changes and tire rotations. I brought my Jeep in for the last of the free services along with a NYS inspection. A few days after the alleged service I was washing off my Jeep and noticed that my front passenger tire had not been rotated. I knew this for a fact since there is a plug in that tire and not any of the others. And there it was, plain as day. I did not receive a tire rotation that day. Of course I contacted the service department and they tried their best to deny it. They did offer to do a rotate for me but I did decline that service. I do not, can not, trust this dealership anymore. I went miles out of my way to deal with a small dealership and it certainly backfired on me. Please check all services provided by this dealership to make sure that they were done.

I was going there for an oil change and left with a great "new to me" vehicle! I was looking for something with better gas mileage so a very helpful salesman showed me a Dodge Avenger. I took it for a test drive and fell in love! My experience at there was top notch from start to finish...the service people and the sales people are Great!!!

Made a simple phone call the resolve an issue with a posting the was on cars.com for a 2010 Dodge Caravan, that has pictures posted of a Chrysler town and country. Salesman confirmed in a short and disconcerning way of it being a Dodge. Most individals looking for a vehicle that have to travel several hours to review an interest would like to get a clear cut answer on something that they represent and could be of interest. Trying to work with this salesman was difficult to justify hours of travel and unprofessionalism on his part. False advertisment can make for a long and slow selling market with this dealership.
