Terrible! Hidden fees. Beware of Eric. He quickly rushes...

Terrible! Hidden fees. Beware of Eric. He quickly rushes through paperwork and then makes it sound like GAP and other fees are included in the price. Somehow a 12,000 vehicle became financed for $23000. Very sneaky. I bought a $12,000 used car with 100 k miles for $20 k. But while he talked to us everything was included. They also uncharged an inspection of vehicle fee, which they inspected it prior to us. Terrible company and sneaky. Do not use. Reporting to BBB. Switched credit unions to do loan and the second round of paperwork was 3 minutes and he made it sound like it was the same. He also said the taxes and liscence were included...it’s not included. I paid for it in the $8000+ extra fee they charged. Do not go here. My brand new Jeep Cherokee cost $5k more...brand new. Want to return the vehicle.

Service

I was having some issues with my car and I took it in and Seid and Kemo were super helpful. The service was quick and professional, I would definitely recommend going here!

Avoid them like the plague. They will sell you a piece of crap, that will blow the engine 3 weeks after purchase. And then they avoid you and treat you like crap!

Fantastic, easy people to get a long with.

Bryan, dean and auzi were very great to deal with. The amenities were awesome and very professional. They were able to get me and my wife in to our dream truck.

Jeep Rubicon

Jeremiah and Taylor were very helpful through the whole process I was pleased with their professional demeanor and attitude toward me very helpful in finding the vehicle that fit my needs and wants!

Good salesman but too many add-ons.

I had a good experience with the salesman Kaden and the truck I bought was reasonably priced. However, I was required to pay an additional $299 for "etching" which was not mentioned at the time of sale. Did not need it or want it.

Great experience!

Tyler was so friendly and knowledgable, he listened to what I was looking for, worked within my budget and showed me the best options. Outstanding customer service!!!

Yo-yo financing. Buyer beware

Do not purchase from this dealership. They offered $3500 NAP rebate off prices but add $3500+ else where. I purchased a truck from them and had a trade in. During negotiations they offered to pay more for my truck because I was purchasing a brand new truck. When contract was being typed up they removed their $3,500 rebate from the original price and only paid me $500 more than what I owed on my trade in. I didn’t know this till I had already gotten home. READ YOUR CONTRACT BEFORE YOU SIGN ANYTHING. Eric in financing claimed their printer wasn’t working so we would need to sign blank contracts and then he would print the actually amount on them. I didn’t care but only realized my mistake when I got home and read the contract in full. Luckily for me. They tried to yo-yo my finances and called and told me the bank wouldn’t approve the original contract but for $70 more a month they could find another lender. If they try this with you RETURN THE VEHICLE YOU PURCHASED. It is a common scam for them to get more money out of you since you’ve already had the vehicle for a few days. They hope you fell in love with the vehicle so they can get a little bit more out of you later on. I reflected that weekend after my purchase and realized I was naive for signing a blank contract and not reading it until I got home. So when Eric contacted me about financing falling through I took that opportunity to drive down there and turn in the keys and get my trade in back. Contract is void if bank will not fund. Don’t let them scam you. Return the vehicle if they try and pull spot delivery / yo-yo financing scams.

Great service

Our salesman Timothy at the sandy location was amazing. He was down to earth and didnt make us feel pressured. Went above and beyond to help us get the car we wanted. Definitely recommend.
