Didn’t really have an experience. Drove 2 hours to test drive and I showed up to find the vehicle was sold. Salesman did try to contact me when I was halfway there and I missed the call

DON'T BUY FROM THEM , Horrible experience, Vic the Salesman lied about multiple items & service department is a joke. They can't & don't stand behind the vehicles they sell. I bought a vehicle from them with multiple issues and after waiting a few months to get it into their joke of a service department, they didn't fix anything but the rear view mirror haha. I got $4,000 worth of broken struts on the Audi i bought from them & they refuse to fix it even though it was broken when I bought it from them. Owner Chris only cares about stuffing his pockets.... DON'T BUY FROM THEM

I have purchased 3 vehicles from White Horse Automotive in the last year. I do not get the skeevy salesman vibe like i did when i went to the big box dealership. You know, the ones where all the guys are wearing skin tight trousers and slicked back hair. White Horse is all good vibes and great selection. Keep up the good work!
