Excellent Customer Service

I recently purchased a car at Flow. My sales consultant Terri Mrazek was very knowledgeable about the car and provided excellent customer service throughout the process. I found her to be personable, very informative, helpful, and always willing to go the extra step. Brad Goins took care of the financial end of the transaction and was friendly, efficient and thorough.

Disappointed Service Center

Love our Honda@The experience with service on January 19,2016 was disappointing. Two hour wait and disengaged service representative. We may buy a new Honda but not at this dealership.......I felt my business was neither wanted nor needed.

Great Overall Experience

I found the car on the internet. Then made contact with Flow and setup an appointment to see and drive. Within 2 hours of arriving, I was driving our "new" car off the lot. Very smooth process. Our salesman, Jeff Alva, was first rate.

Car Maintenance

I always take my Honda CRV into Flow Honda for all maintenance check ups. I find the staff to be top quality, and service done in a timely fashion. Our family owns three cars all bought from a Flow dealership, and we have always been thrilled with the service.

Thank You Angelo Terry!!!

I would really like to thank Angelo Terry for his excellent work and highly recommended as your next salesman. I came into Flow Honda on a rainy day just only knowing I needed a car that my old car wouldn?t last long. The first face I saw was Angelo Terry, he work with me for 32 hours maybe longer to find me a car. When I tell you I was so confused and had no idea no clue about what I wanted in a car. Angelo Terry listened to me and was very patience with me. He was very respectful of my decisions and my indecisiveness. He was kind and polite and came into work on his day off again to start looking for me a car. Well Angelo Terry great job he found me everything in a car and more than I ever wanted within my price range. Angelo Terry did a great job explaining my paperwork, prices, warranty etc. throughout my process. Angelo Terry Thank You so much for your assistance and patience with me YOU DID A GREAT JOB!!! Outstanding Service with New Car Purchase

My sincerest compliments and thanks to Brian Washburn for assisting me with the purchase of a 2016 Honda Pilot. Brian was outstanding to work with through the entire process. He allowed me time to compare offers made by other dealerships in the area and he and his team gave me the best price. There was never any hard sell tactics and his colleagues Steve Tablas and Billy Hollows made this one the easiest car purchases I have ever made. I am 56 years old and have purchased 6 automobiles for me or my family over the last 25 years. Brian is an excellent salesman who gave me his undivided attention before and after the purchase. I highly recommend Flow Honda of Winston-Salem and give them a 5 star exceptional performance rating.

Excellent Customer Service

I purchased three cars from Flow Honda and each time I had the most wonderful experience. Frankie Howell was my salesperson and she was AWESOME!!! Awesome Car Buying Experience

My experience with Flow Honda was by far the easiest and best car buying experience I've ever had. Richard and Jimmy were fantastic and really paid attention to the qualities I was looking for in a vehicle. The atmosphere was fun and I didn't feel pressured to purchase. I absolutely love my car and have plans to always shop with Flow Honda for all my future vehicles.

Very good service and follow-up on car problem(s)

Mr. Tony Stovall was my service manager and he delivered good service, although I had to follow-up several times to get my car issues resolved.
