Very unhappy with how I was treated.

They do not stand by there work, my truck transmission blew up 1,449 miles after they replaced a ac condenser. A metal cooling line came off and pumped all of the transmission fluid out. After court I will never deal with them again!

Excellent Customer Service

My father-in-law had been going to another Chevrolet Dealership to have service on his Impala. The other dealership was always adding something to his repair bill. I told him that he needs to go to North Star Chevy. I called and made him an appointment and he was blown away by the difference in Customer Service and attention to Customer Satisfaction. He said that he will never take his car anywhere else.

Worst service department

I’ve given this dealership several chances. I moved to the area and would bring my Camaro and sonic in for service. Each time I seemed to be bothering the service staff and they did their best to try to make me leave. I sucked it up and they did it. I went there to buy a new vehicle in 2020 and the sales staff watched me walk around for20 minutes. Finally someone asks can I help you. I told them I was looking for a trailblazer.there response was we don’t have any. Ok then. I went to Washington Chevrolet and bought the vehicle. Today I bring my car in for service and needed my registration card printed because I couldn’t find it. The service rep responds I can’t do it without the card. This was the last straw. Once again it seems like im bothering them for simple things no change in 5 years. I wasted my time and they finally won. I let them let me leave. No verbal arrangements from me or the rep it seems that’s what they want to belegt alone.

Inspection on 2018 Equinox

The maintenance and issues (windshield wipers and rear brakes) were identified and completed with the inspection. Everything was great.

I bought my car there 7 years ago. They are always polite, friendly, and have quality mechanics. I will continue to have my car serviced there and will buy my next car there also.
