The Peterson family came highly recommended to me by various friends. The customer service and care they take is something you don't find often these days. They worked with me to find just the right car at a payment I could afford. They were in no rush and helped track down a car that fit all my needs. A year after I bought the car they continued to be friendly and helpful with every question and concern that came up. Even came to my home and jumped my car, escorted me to their dealership and replaced my battery and only charged me for parts and offered my family toilet paper (during the covid-19 crisis). You can't find more honest, smart, and trust worthy people.

Recently looked at their 2014 Red Audi A6. Nice car. Bringing my wife in to look. Peterson Auto is where I get all my cars. I send many of my friends and family there. Their staff is very friendly, fair and knowledgeable. They’ve always taken care of me. Good Family business.

These guys were just another car salesmen! They tried selling the car for 700 more then the worth and the door was falling off! They still were firm on the price! They said they were family friendly but they were overcharging for their vehicles and the aighnment was all messed up!

I was looking for a new to me vehicle. My brother actually heard about this place from a friend. It was the best car buying experience I've ever had! I was able to test drive all that I wanted. There wasn't the usual you can only driver this it's the only thing in your budget. They took my truck as trade at a great trade in value. I was there not quite 2 hours but most of that was test driving and weighing the diffrent vehicles against each other. I will only be going to Peterson's Auto from now on. And that is where I'll be sending all my friends & family.

I can not recommend them highly enough. We found a minivan online that we were interested in. We went to the dealership where we were given a key to do a testdrive without any hassle. Negotiations on price were pretty much the easiest ever. We were offered a fair price. I asked to have our mechanic look it over. THEY DROVE IT TO MY MECHANIC FOR ME! I didn't have to hassle with getting the kids in and out and sitting around the mechanic's waiting room. A few minor issues were identified. THEY FIXED THEM! We got a great car that fit our budget with no hassle at all. We can rest easy knowing the car has been thoroughly checked my our trusted mechanic (GT Automotive is amazing!). We did not have to come up with more money out of pocket to fix brakes and spark plugs - they even had them do the spark plug wires. We were in and out in half an hour since we were paying cash. I highly recommend Peterson, and Jeannie.

I cannot say enough good about the experience that I and my son had with this dealer. We went through the usual used car experience at the other dealers (high pressure, bait and switch, "yes. what was the question?) and from now on I will start and end my search here. Great friendly, honest people!
