Had a rough start with one of the salespeople after

Had a rough start with one of the salespeople after purchasing a new Civic, which was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. However, once Erick got involved, everything was resolved in a timely manner and restored my confidence in Honda Mall of Georgia. Appreciate the help! Thank you, Erick!

A few days ago I visited the service center with a 2022

A few days ago I visited the service center with a 2022 Honda Pilot to have the AC checked. The assistant was JUAN who checked the AC by hand. He did not take the car to the workshop to have the same fault looked at by a mechanic. Since I was not happy with that decision, I sought out the general manager DAVID MARTINEZ who stood firmly behind Juan and confirmed that the AC CAN BE CHECKED BY HAND without using any specific tools. I asked David if Juan was a mechanic or a technician and the answer was NO. How can someone who is not qualified for that job diagnose a fault in a car.

Very nice people, honestly didn’t take them long to do

Very nice people, honestly didn’t take them long to do the service. They also found a nail in my tire, thankfully it was found! Joey was great to work with! (also the chairs in the waiting room are very comfortable)

It was my first time to pay for service after the first

It was my first time to pay for service after the first four free service, entry sensors discovered alignment issues they fixed it and a flat tire within the oil and filter change service, solved all issues with a fantastic price and saved my time 🤝 Highly recommended 😊 Special thanks to Bisho from the front desk team 👍
