Excellent service

Troy took good care of us. He was very patient showing us every detail on the car, and explaining every step from signing papers to putting our license plates on the car. Even took our picture. We have never had that done at any dealership in our adult life! It was a pleasure working with napletons!

knowledgable, friendly sales people

Came to this dealership with no knowledge of subaru brand. Sales person, Jordan Davis, is knowledgable, patient and very good at explaining features. Jordan answered every question, was kind and attentive. I find the technology on the new Ascent somewhat daunting, but Jordan patiently went through all of it to help me understand the car and all it can do. Would definitely return to the dealership and work with Jordan again. Other sales and office staff also very helpful.

Enjoyable No Hassle Subaru Purchase

We needed a vehicle to replace one totaled in an accident. We wanted to purchase a Subaru locally and Napleton’s, through Nick our sales representative, was able to find the Forester we wanted and match the lowest price we had found elsewhere. It was comforting to be able to buy locally and deal with nice people. Both Nick and Todd the sales manager were professional, friendly, and very accommodating to our situation. Very happy with our new Forester.

New car purchase

Troy Vail from Napleton Auto Werks Porshce defined top shelf customer service. Troy had to deal with a very difficult situation created by me but fixed by Troy with extreme professionalism and very timely. Also, his follow has been consistent and helpful

Perfect!

Nick Ciconte helped me get the Forester of my dreams! It was a very easy, quick process, and quite painless. The price was right and so was the car. I couldn't be happier with my sales/service experience!

Positive sales experience.

I initially reached out to Desiree Helmer, their internet sales specialist. She provided very competitive pricing and quickly struck a deal quickly. Tim Normoyle completed the sale. Kudos all around on a pleasant sales experience.

greatest service around

what a great experience on 9/28/18 if there is one place i have always felt takes care of all my needs it napletons, this time i was greeted by another friendly new face, he promptly greeted me and so did his service manager who was standing next to him they both welcomed me with open arms got my vehicle checked in and made sure i felt right at home even though id been there many times and knew my way around the dealer. will continue coming back

Bought a new Impreza

My girlfriend and I came to the dealership looking to test drive the new Subaru Impreza. We decided to test drive the Crosstrek first and then the Impreza and fell in love with the handling. Jordan was very friendly throughout the entire process. He always ensured we were happy and taken care of. My only gripe is from the total cost we paid in the end. Tried negotiating down the price but still ended up paying a couple thousand over the market average. Made me feel there was "no way" to go lower but looking online I see plenty of people with the same package upgrades as myself but for much cheaper.
