Worth the read!

Worth the read! Originally from Australia, I have had car-buying experience in both countries. The buying experience is very different here and there. Previously, in the US, my experience has been pressure from pushy salespeople, who have to run off to negotiate and get everything approved by a manager. Good price deals always came with specific conditions, like a set VIN that was already sold or accessories that were extra. The manager was always out of sight and inaccessible. I must say that the experience at Napleton was very open and without any of the pressure or sales manager isolation. We were immediately introduced to everyone we would need to talk to, including the manager, to make our decision. This experience was great, as was the finance step, and the after-sales follow-up has been superb. Thank you to the team for your effort. My wife and I will definitely return in the future.
