I went in for an oil change The wait wasn't long at all and I was comfortable as well.Got the update on my car and what needs to attention.

Amazing service

Had the most amazing experience purchasing my car from here. Everyone was was extremely friendly and helpful in getting me what I wanted.

Brake Service and Oil Change

Quality of Service is excellent no complain about, however the Service Tech needs more training on giving an actual estimate of hours the repair will take. Don't tell your customer that it will take 2 hours when actually it took almost 4 hours to do the Job. 2 Hours? customer will wait in your lobby. 4 Hours is a waste of time waiting on the lobby, customer can do a lot of things instead waiting on your lobby. If you can't deliver on your promise of estimate time, how can you maintain a loyalty from your customer?

Oil Change and Tire Alignment

It was quick. Friendly service advisor. Her name is Jessica. She was really nice and friendly. I was not charged for the tire alignment because it was my first time going there.

Great service with excellent customer service

I came to get a oil change with Erwin and I'm truly amazed by how well people are treated there including myself . I well Forsure be coming back they have a awesome waiting room too. Than when I got home I received a free video of what kind of maintnece I needed for my car in details.
