NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!
NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! We went through 2 weeks of lies..dealt with a sales rep(Marcia Guevara) who lied about our car having a scratch repaired and repainted. She even sent us a video of the repaired car. She had a us do all the paperwork to get it shipped to Fort Worth. The dealership then sold our car to someone else. We couldnt get anyone on the phone or to return numerous voicemails or emails. Today, we finally get someone who tells us Marcia doesnt work there anymore and the car was sold. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER...VERY UNTRUSTWORTHY PEOPLE! STAY AWAY!!@

This is the first time I used this dealership. I had a recall on my car. I called them and immediately made an appt. for the next morning. They got me in at the time scheduled and out that afternoon. I would take my car back to AutoNation Ford Katy for service.
