Arrived to have my vehicle serviced. Know one greeted me. I had to go find service representative. Even though I made an appointment for my service, I was told it would take two to three hours. I returned three hours later, my vehicle was ready?but know one called to let me know it when it was ready. I have purchased three Corvettes from this dealership and gave watched the dealership and service deteriorate. I will not be back.

Everything went very smooth, but I have to give the car
Everything went very smooth, but I have to give the car expert I employed to work with AutoNation Chevrolet West Austin his credit. One of the things that was a real surprise was I had known the financial person in AutoNation's Financial Dept. My car expert said that Mr. Tate was a pleasure to work with. Thank you, Mr. Tate, for making this experience not as scary as it could have been. I need to let the dealership know that due the fact I live in another city, I would appreciate the proper employee contacting me as to how I can transfer the servicing of my Blazer to the dealership closest to me. Thank you.
