From the start Matthew had wonderful customer service. I reached out to different dealerships but Matthew at Cal West was the most driven to get me a car that fits my needs. At first I came in skeptical on whether or not I?ll be approved for a car. Let alone a newer car. I also came in with a down payment that might be considered a little lower than usu and can afford. Let?s just say I drove out with a newer vehicle than I first asked about and lower monthly car payments than I inquired. I will definitely refer people to Cal West.

I had a great experience here. I am a college student that was looking for a car to get me to and from school. It was my dad's idea to go to Cal West. He had been there a few times and helped my brother get a really nice used lexus there. I was a little reluctant at first because I wanted to pay cash for a car and I didn't think I could afford anything there with my budget, but luckily we were able to finance. Matthew helped us out. He is a real down to earth, laid back guy. When dealing with him he doesn't even seem like a car salesman. He seems genuine and will be honest when trying to help you find what you are looking for. He remembered my dad from before and treated us well. He was easy to talk to. He was very helpful in the process. And fast, but not rushed! I am so happy with my car and my dad likes it just as much as me. The rest of my family loves it too and can't believe how nice it is. It is in such good condition! In fact, every car on that lot was in great condition for used cars. These guys know what they are doing. They only buy and sell the best. I would definately recommend this place to anyone and I would be sure to go back if I'm ever looking for another used car. If you need a vehicle go see Matthew. I was coming in not expecting much, but I ended up getting the car I wanted at the price I wanted and the people were friendly understanding and efficient. I came across Cal West through a Craig's list posting. I'm usually weary of used lots because the pricing is often above market. I took a chance because they had the exact model I've been looking for, and I'm super happy with my purchase. Brian was honest, friendly accommodating, the car was in the exact shape it was described, and my family and I felt comfortable with the transaction.
