This was the worst dealership i have been too, and trust me i am not the type of person to bash someones business. Firstly, as i approached the dealership no one bothered to come out to help us in the rain. Additionally, as i was viewing the car, which i have a good amount of knowledge about, i noticed that the light was out of place and so was the hood gaps on both sides. This was the first indication that the car was in an accident and that it was privately fixed without the insurance knowing. As i told the sales representative that was something off about the car he started to act up. I told him that, this car looks like it was crashed and fixed, he closed the doors and hoods and told asked me if i was going to buy the car and started to walk away. PLEASE i advise car buyers to really look into the car your buying from this dealer. Look the undercarriage, all the gaps even the color of all the body parts to assure your getting the car your putting your hard worked money to. I understand that the prices are low, but really check the car out. All in all, I paid a little more for the same car from a certified dealer, and got the car certified.

I bought my Mercedes 2 years ago. My experience was great. They sold me the car i wanted for the right price. Very friendly staff treated my wife and daughter like family. Love my car, no problems so far

The workers were so unprofessional and tried to take advantage of a single woman. They stated they would appraise a vehicle and never even looked at it and decided a random number for it. Not to mention they made me sit for 30 mins while they held my key hostage when I stated I had to go. Also didn't appreciate the aggressive behaviors of the men while one smoked a marijuana vape while speaking with me. I've never been in a more unprofessional place. Vaping while you are speaking to a customer is outrageous. Then after being extremely rude and me having to argue to get my key back, they have the nerve to text me asking if I was coming back. I will never go back to this dealership even if they have the car I want.

I live in Vermont, but when searching for the Mercedes of the type and style I wanted, Avi Auto was the dealership that had the best selection. What was also great was the pricing of the cars. Why buy new when you can buy one for 3 yrs old coming off of a lease (very well maintained by the owners and dealership) with really low mileage for roughly half the price! Daniel and Avi are awesome. I'd definitely recommend Avi auto sales if you are looking for a higher end late model used car. :-)
