Offered me 12500 for a car that books from 17 to 23500 from a carfax accident car has 47000 miles clean title and 10000 in mods can eat off engine bay car is immaculate worse experience ever .

Lacking Customer Service
This dealership recently had my vehicle for repair and fixed the issue with no problem. A few days after getting my vehicle back, I heard a strange thumping noise coming from the front while on an out-of-state road trip. Upon inspection, I found that the lug nuts on the front driver side wheel had not been tightened and were working themselves off. If I had not stopped to check them, I could have lost the wheel and endangered the lives of the people in my vehicle and other people on the road. When I told the dealership about the issue it was treated as not a big deal and no apology offered. Nothing done to try and make up for the dangerous situation that myself and my passengers had been exposed to. Customer service is definitely lacking. It made it seem as though my life and the lives of the passengers in my vehicle were not important. Not cool in my book.

Appt at 9 Am. Arrive 20 min early. Leave after 1. To be charged for 1 hr of diagnostic on the computer. So why have an appt.?
