Bad place, Bad Ford, Bad service, horrible. Bad ba
CAREFUL! ALERT! DANGER! It has been a difficult situation and this place has been the worst place it is terrible... the service area is horrible they never know anything they are rude... my story on June 24 there was an electrical storm near my house and my F150 xlt sport truck 2021 stopped turning on, nothing electrical worked, a crane lifted my truck and we took it to Hardy Ford Family, it lasted exactly 1 month in the repair area without any diagnosis, my insurance gave a check for $8,300. Since there was never a diagnosis or repair and Mrs. Melai from customer service never knew anything, we decided to sell the truck and get a new one obviously with financing, we closed the business and I gave the black truck and the check, signed papers and got a new one Ford F150 STX 2023 "bad idea" they gave me an interest rate of 9%, when the black one was 0%, I mean this red one is my 4th Ford truck and the last one. Ok, the red truck started to fail after 15 days, the speed screen started to fail, I took it in and they repaired it. Now it has problems with the engine and the gearbox, it doesn't accelerate, it takes 3 or more attempts to start, it has no power, no, this place is horrible. don't go here. I have lost my patience, money, time, and will never pick up a Ford again. ws horrible Hardy Family Ford.... oh and I forgot last week dear Melai called me to tell me I owe $1000 more for the repair of the black truck. this is horrible

Don’t trust service center
Don’t trust the service center. Please get a second opinion. I was told to purchase a new car bc mine was not able to be fixed. I was in tears. Took the car down the street to Dallas Automotive where the oil leak issue was resolved and tech was stunned that they would say it wasn’t able to be fixed… terrible experience with this company

Couldn't have been better!!!
Absolutely outstanding! It's been almost 10 years since I purchased a new vehicle and have never really enjoyed the experience. I reserved/ordered the new 2021 Bronco and prior to the hardtop delays was their #1 allocation outside of the 2 priority orders. Alison Brock handles their new vehicle reservations and did a superb job. Her attention to detail and always being available to answer my random questions via phone, text and email were greatly appreciated. I also really appreciated the several times where she simply mentioned "I'm not sure, I'll follow-up with Ford". Her transparency throughout this process went a long way and it helped to bounce different ideas off of her and to get her advice as a fellow Bronco reservation holder (i.e., switching to soft top vs holding out for the hard top and implications etc.). I did not envy Alison's position handling the Bronco orders as there was so much out of her and the dealership's control as they were dependent on Ford to replace MIC hardtops, delays in shipping etc. Also, the dealership sales staff was great to deal with at delivery including some last minute challenges with the PDI and car cleaning staff being out unexpectedly. Paul from the finance staff had all of the paperwork queued up ahead of time and definitely met my hopes of not being at the dealership hours on end the night of delivery. He was extremely knowledgeable and had the patience to answer all of my questions around warranties and maintenance plans etc. Additionally, I'm sure you've all seen the forums with all of the dealership horror stories starting to pop-up regarding ADMs (Additional Dealer Mark-ups) and surprise price increases at times of delivery. Andy Graves (General Sales Manager) communication was very clear and direct from the beginning and there were no surprises. We had negotiated a price ahead of ordering and the dealership stuck to it with no games. Given the crazy times we live in with the pandemic, combined with spending way too much time on the forums there was a lot of uncertainty and Andy eliminated any worries or concerns. I also contacted numerous local Ford Dealers and none of them replied as directly and cordially as Andy did (including one that tried to educate me on Supply and Demand and the impacts on pricing!). I appreciate your integrity throughout the entire process! In addition, with my daughter unexpectedly totaling her car we were left in a predicament being down a car and scrambling with the uncertainty of a delivery time for our Bronco. The dealership went above and beyond, not only providing a loaner car that could've been a Ford Edge or Escape (no offense :), but provided a sweet Cyber Orange Bronco for 2.5 weeks without hesitation. There is no hesitation in recommending this dealership and I plan to use them in the future (hmmm, I have a Lightning reservation.....) Thanks for all you guys do!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER
We had been working with this dealer for almost a whole week on purchasing a Jeep form them. We finally had a deal worked out. It was a Friday and we had a SIGNED buyers order form the dealer and had everything lined up to get them the check form our lender the following Monday. Just too make sure they didn’t sell it out from under us we got an text from the salesman (Daniel) that stated his manager (Dennis) put a hold on the Jeep til Monday!!!!! Again we have a signed Buyers order.. if this site would let me I would upload the messages and a copy of the sales order. Anyways we got a call Saturday morning at 9:30 saying they sold the Jeep. We said hold on... we have a signed buyers order and a written guarantee that you would hold the Jeep til Monday when our money was scheduled to ARRIVE!!!!!! All they said was we are sorry. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!!!!

Horrible Service
I just wanted to share my experience I had with the dealership yesterday. Let me start off by saying I purchased my car brand new with 13 miles and an extended warranty on my 2017 Ford Explorer. My car would simply not start. I was then informed that I needed a new battery. So I asked what they would do to help me under those conditions. They told me that they battery replacement would be 150 . I went to purchase a brand new battery and was still having issues with getting it to start. I then went back to ask what the issue was. I was the told I need a negative battery cable and was told the cost would be 900 tax. Once again I told them my car was brand new when it was purchased with an extended warranty. And yet again I as told there was nothing they could do. I then took my car to a mechanic and was only changed $23.91 to fix my car. I think it’s completely unprofessional that no one would help me and then to top it off they had the nerve to overprice a simple fix. My car is now running properly with no issues.

I dropped in expecting the same response as I did from the other lots, (which was come back with your husband). I was pleasantly surprised. My salesmen, Jerome and Garham, were awesome. We worked out a deal and I bought my car.
