My trip to Hardy's

I have a pre-owed car and I was there for free oil change, filter, rotate tires and multipoint check. This is my third time for this and I will have one more that is free. I was there at lunch time and the tech said half of his crew was at lunch and when they came back, the other half would go. He said it would probably be a 2 hr. wait. Another tech said he would take my car and do the service. I got my car back in less than an hour. I have never had an appointment and did not know I needed one! Tech said most people made appointments. He said it was like a doctor's appointment as you still had to wait. I like the service I get and they have always been so nice and helpful.

Colorado

I had a very good experience with Chuck Walker at Hardy Chevrolet when I bought my new Colorado. The vehicle I bought is hard to find, and Chuck kept me posted on availability. There was no high pressure but at the same time there was enough contact to keep me apprised of information I needed to complete the purchase.
