Not my regular but they pinch-hit like Manny Mota
My vehicle was limping with a moribund battery, and I needed a quick replacement. Both Eastern Shore (my normal dealer) and Palmer's had the same service at the same price, and on a terrible rainy day with traffic jammed downtown, I opted for Palmer's and was in and out of there without an appointment in under two hours. Who is Manny Mota? say the millennials at Palmer's … that's what Google is for … thanks.

Great sales experience!
I saw the inventory online and expressed an interest. My salesman, David Drawbaugh, went out of his way to record a short video of the vehicle I was interested in and sent it to me by text. When I arrived, he had the car ready for a test drive and also showed other vehicles to me and answered all of my questions. The purchase experience was fast and easy!

All this started back in 2006 and thirteen years later we are still coming back to Palmer's Hyundai.our first sale person was Jarvis Rankin years ago he was great then came Sam Cannon and good customer service. Sam Cannon goes beyond the call of duty we first met Sam in 2016 an there is never a dull moment with Sam Cannon he knows what I want and he don't stop til he gets it thanks Sam for what you do in assistanting us in our car buying needs. Sales great service bad
David in sales was great. Went in for service on July 3. They were surprise that i would drop in for 3000 mile service. I have never heard of needing an sppointment for oil change. Took 2 hours. I have owned Toyotas, Oldsmobiles, Chrysler, Ford, Hondas. Your blue link can read my care mileage but nobody has updated them as to my July 3rd oil change.
