Car buying experience with Camilo Cortes

Camilo Cortes was patient, Very helpful with questions, Worked with us not against us on the price. His smile was contagious. He showed great people skills.

Car buying

I went to buy a Honda Accord 2012. I did a bad deal because they game me less that the traiding car was worth for. The buy process is confuse try to manipulate the sell. I the end after I signed the contract the charge for thing that I did not request. They game me a price that when I review the number I gave the trade in car to them for free. I did not like the way the mislead the buyer.

Do your homework!

We need research before went to purchase a new car. We are able to negociate a good price for the new car. However, we did not ask for a detailed list for all the fees. The dealer showed us the bundled-up out-of -the-door price without explanations for all the fees. We later found out there are a lot to be negotiate with the fees as well.

No hesitations

My experience with Rick Case Honda has always been excellent. I have bought two cars from them and so have many of my family and friends. They have a huge selection of cars, offer the best warranty, and give you a bunch of benefits, including lifetime free car washes, plus their express service department really is express! I want to thank the General Manager, Richard Bustillo and all the staff for making my shopping experience easy and convenient.

Purchased an Odyssey and Insight in 45 minutes!

I showed up at 8:45 PM with my numbers and had a deal done in 45 minutes. I was really impressed with dealership, the extended warranties and the quality of the people I worked with. After the sale I had two Honda factory defect issues normal with new model cars that were hard to trouble shoot and the service department did a great job of staying in communication and solving the problems. I'm so glad I didn't purchase at the first dealership I visited!

Unhappy first timer

I signed up to get quotes from an internet sales manager to avoid the typical "T O" technique that manny sales departments employ You know, the salesmen pass you off to their "MANAGER" to wear you down? I was a worked in the Parts and Service Department of a LARGE new car dealer for over a decade as the manager and director. I know all the games and simply wanted to avoid them. The facility is OK, but they still lie to you. I had to pay $500 more (PAC, profit after cost) for the exact same vehicle that another dealer had (really, THE same vin, they traded to get it). I was lied to about the deal/price being "below invoice", tried to get a key ring and again lied too, was told I was getting window tint at internal cost (another lie), would pay for lunch, get me a few free oild changes, etc (LIES), and after tellin them I my work background they still tried to sll me all the snake oil protection packages and warranties that they make 90%+ profit on.
