I made my first purchase of a car without being there in person. The deal was done all online and over the phone and i could not be happier with the experience. If possible this will be the way i buy cars going forward. Camren and Greg were very helpful and knowledgeable about the car and took care of the entire process. It was the easiest purchase of a car i have ever made and i have bought and sold plenty of cars. They both came in on a Sunday when the dealership is closed to finish the deal since i drove up form NC to drop off my car. How many people would offer to do that on their day off. Not many if any at all! Talk about customer service. They were very fair on my trade and extremely fair on my purchase. The car had an issue they discovered and they had it fixed at their expense before we made the exchange. Talk about customer service i could not be more surprised and grateful of the service i received. If you are anywhere in the world and want a first class experience I would shop The Toy Barn. I know i will again when i decide to make a change.

If ever there was an All-American Sales Manager to deal with, Blake should be awarded that title in my opinion. Transaction with him was like dealing with a lifelong friend that really cares about you not only getting the best deal, but that you're buying a used car was a smooth, friendly and professional experience. Blake is the kind of guy that goes the extra mile with you to close all of the loose ends that come up in trading and buying a car during and after the sale. If you are looking to buy a car at the Toy Barn, be sure to ask for Blake to handle you needs.

Every aspect of car buying and service at this place is phenomenal. The staff are all incredible. All were nice, friendly, kind, and attentive. Our salesperson, Blake C, was very attentive to our needs, answered all of our questions, and wasn't a pushy salesman. He stayed late into the evening, as we test drove the vehicle we ended up purchasing, twice in the same evening. I drove it 1st, and I wanted me wife to drive it as well, before deciding to purchase. The finance person, Greg M. stayed late as well, and didn't rush things. Given that it was late, dark, and very cold outside, we didn't get to thoroughly inspect the outside of the vehicle. There were a few things that the salesperson pointed out, that we probably wouldn't have noticed, and he indicated they would take care of them. I just can't say enough good things about the entire Toy Barn crew!

Awesome cars, awesome people. Great selection, easy process, worked hard to get me and my family out quickly even with our infant son with us during the paperwork. I love my new Supra!! Will be back for my next ride!

Excellent customer service, made a first time car buying experience incredibly easy and from out of state no less. I was walked through every step of the way and felt I was in good hands throughout the entire experience. Likely won’t be my last purchase from here, 10/10 would recommend.

Refused to comply with the documentation they are required to fill out for federal tax credit. Not professional at all

Never responded to question about the manual vs automatic They deceptively said it was a manual when the pictures showed PDK

Still waiting! Four weeks and counting. I am still waiting for my paperwork and Title and money.
