My life’s worst experience today at this Mercedes Benz

My life’s worst experience today at this Mercedes Benz service. I dropped my Mercedes today morning 10:20 for service. Was expected to get my car back and a callback for status. I was never given a loaner in the first place. I tried calling my advisor all day but no one picked up call. Then I got a text at 4:58 “Yes just finished”. I arrived at the dealership and they had already closed for the day and they will open on Monday. Now my car is in possession with the dealership till Monday and I have no medium to go back home as I did not bring my phone with me. I was stuck at the dealership for an hour and nobody at the Sales tried to help me. I had some urgent matters to handle on the weekend. This is one of the ridiculous places I have ever got my Mercedes serviced. Lack of communication, no response of calls, lack of professionalism on their end. This is not what Mercedes is know for!!

This is the first Mercedes my family has purchased at

This is the first Mercedes my family has purchased at Fletchers Jones Motorcars of Fremont and was a little worried about the buying process of a new car. I am glad that we got to meet Marvin as our Salesman, as he showed professionalism and patients to all my family’s inquiry and made us feel at ease knowing we are going to choose the correct SUV. Throughout the whole process I felt relieved that Marvin is a good person who is looking out for the buyer to be happy with their purchase. It took a little less than a week for us to settle on a deal with the GLB 250 and I was pleased at the outcome and would refer and friend or family to this Dealership if they are looking for their next cars at Fletcher Jones Motorcars.

THIS WILL BE 3 PARTS!

THIS WILL BE 3 PARTS!! PT.1 This was the worse experience at a dealership I ever had. To start off by saying I have set aside a day for car shopping on 2/1/25 and I was in the market for a Electric SUV with over or around 300 miles. I was in a bad car accident January 2024 and I felt I was ready to start to LOOK at cars. When I came in on around 1pm ish I walked in and to my left there were 3 gentlemen sitting talking and I was walking toward the front desk where the receptionist was. Mind you I was just a walk-in I did not have an appointment. About halfway at the same time both of the 3 gentlemen and the receptions greeted me which it was a funny awkward moment to say the least. Then one of the gentlemen form that group came over and asked me how he can help me. I did not get his name, but he was kind of short Asian man with salt and pepper hair with a blue ring around his eyes and kina walked with a limp. So, I told him what I was in the market for, and he said we do have the EQE and didn’t give me any further information to which I replied ok. We sat down at his desk, and he proceeded to tell me that he has Next to New Inventory which was basically loaners from service and I replied, “I would be open to look at loaners that is fine.” He showed me 2 EQE’s on the screen both black but one had cream interior and the other was black. He showed me the picture of the cream one and I asked, “if he could show me the black interior”. To which he replied “it is just the same seats just black interior” in a very sarcastic tone like I was stupid. Then out of no where he said, “do I know”, to which I said “no”. He then repeated his self 2 more times, and I kept saying “no I have not seen you before” kind jokingly because it was getting awkward. So, then he looks outside and see that car is actually pending a sell and turns around and asks the other salesperson “are they selling the black EQE loaner car” and they state “yes”. He came back and said “ that one is being sold but they have the one with the black interior available but he didn’t have any pictures.” Then he said, “for this one its going for $80,000 but I can give you off $20,000”. To which I replied, “I’m not planning on purchasing today I’m just looking to see what car options you have as to what I am looking for.” Then Immediately his attitude changed from him trying to sell me a car to treating me like xxxx. He then turns around and tells the salesperson from earlier that “never mind he’s not buying today anyway.” I was taken back I did not know what to say. So, at this point I did want to get up and leave but I had a goal for today and I was not going to let someone’s character stop me. So, after an awkward pause I say “well do you have any 2025 EQE’s I can look at” he replied “yea there’s one right there” pointing outside, I said “well may I take a look at it?”. He says, “yea let me get the stock number”. He then walks outside SLOWLY to the car and comes in and goes to the back to get the key. At this point I’m thinking to myself “I need someone else” Because I did not feel comfortable dealing with him anymore. So, after he comes back and we walk outside by the door he unlocks it and says “I have unlocked it so you can take a look, I would go but it’s raining I don’t want to get sick”. 1. Its barely sprinkling 2. I had an umbrella, and I didn’t even need it at that time. At this point I was tired of being talk to like this so I replied, “ok ill just show my self to the car”. As I make my way to the car, I hear him walking behind me and I knew if I turned around he was going to say something that would result me into leaving right then and not looking back. So, the I get in the front seat and I’m asking questions and its like I have to pull teeth to get answers out of him.

THIS WILL BE 3 PART! PT.2 He’s not showing me any of the features on the car nor is he showing how to navigate the car anything. Simple as says “so I am coming from a Tesla Model 3 & mine main priority is the safety &” he cuts me off and says “safety was invented by Mercedes, Tesla actually copied us” but 1. Didn’t let me finish & 2. Didn’t explain the safety features or the safety structure of the car. So, I said “Ok I think I’m done, let’s go inside so you don’t get sick”. Once were inside, he said “yeah that was the EQE if you have questions or anything else you can go on our website and do further research”. To which I replied “Okay”. I proceeded to walk around the show room a pissed at how he was treating me, and I still didn’t get what I wanted in today’s visit. So, I was looking for the front receptions who I was walking towards in the beginning. I see her walking with her bags as she was leaving. I stopped her and said” I’m sorry I see your about to go home are you able to get me another salesperson. To which she replied, “yes of course, what’s going on”. So, I briefly told her what happen, and she assured me she was going to talk to someone which she did, and they sent me Vaanii. I told Vaanii briefly what happen he reassured me he will let the supervisor know and the salesperson who was with me the first time that, that was not the first time. I was like wow makes sense. Vaanii took care of me as far as hearing what I was looking for and my needs and ended up on doing a test drive of the car I was looking at earlier and kind of notice stuff with Vaanii to. For one It was almost pulling teeth with questions and features on the car. 2. He was on his phone while I was driving & 3. I told him I was just looking today and not wanting to purchase and wanting to run hypothetical number just to see roughly want my payments we going to be. So, when running the numbers he kept trying to push me to lease and I wanted to finance. I did like how he explained what a lease all encompasses which gave me more knowledge which I appreciate. But he kept trying to sell me on the lease and I leave with the car that day which I didn’t like. So evidently, I told him “I would think about it and do further research”. Shortly after I left and when I did leave, I left drained and distraught on how my first Mercedes experience turned out. This would have been a 1-star hands down, but I gave it 2 stars because Vaanii came in and Kind made it better. I am unsure and wherry if I would go with Mercedes because I feel like from what I experienced it was tainted from the get-go.

Vaanii Gabana was my sales manager and Dody was my salesmen. I have been in car business for 20+years and know every aspect of this business and Vaanii and Dody exceeded my expectations. Thank you both for making my car shopping experience a pleasant one. I am buying all of my futur cars from you and sending you all my friends and family. One thing I have to share with everyone, is that every time you asked me if I wanted to add something to my contract and I said no, you did not say “are you sure”. There were no sales tactics. My lease deal went very smooth , Marvin Ledesma was very

My lease deal went very smooth , Marvin Ledesma was very communicative on email and SMS and then was very welcoming when I visited to complete the lease paperwork. He assigned me to Jim to complete the process super fast.
