Simple, easy, and well done.

The paint job needed was done to the best extent. Also, the process of dropping my car off and getting a rental car, and picking my car up was super simple.

Great salesperson!

My salesman, James was great to work with. He listened to my wants and showed me options. This is my 4th Honda from this dealership and all have been good experiences. This visit was on the weekend and I know it is busier then but I was there by 10:30am and did not leave until 4pm, had it not been for James i probably would have left without a new car.

Poor service

3rd time having my oil changed and they are unable to reset the service light. They Keep telling me I need a separate appointment and won’t document the issue.

Excellent service

Another recall, another excellent service by Gwinnett Honda! No one likes to hear that their car had another recall but Gwinnett Honda handled the issue in a timely manner, and what was supposed to be at least a 2 hour service was about a 45min-1hr service!
