Amazing experience with Alex Naugle at BMW of Peoria!

Amazing experience with Alex Naugle at BMW of Peoria! From the moment I walked in the door, until I left with a new car, they were knowledgeable, helpful, and transparent! They offered to do a few things to the car and even included and super nice loaner while I was waiting on my car. By far the best experience I have had with a Car Dealership. I will definitely be back for another BMW in the future from them!

Another Ultimate Driving Machine - My Sixth and Counting Just picked up my sixth BMW, and as always, the experience was nothing short of amazing. BMW Peoria continues to set the standard in customer service, treating me like family every time I walk through the doors. From start to finish, they make the car-buying process smooth, enjoyable and truly personal. A huge shoutout to Jim Schertz, a one-of-a-kind guy who has been there for me through the years. He doesn’t just sell cars, he builds relationships and that’s why I’m a repeat customer. I can always count on him to take care of me and ensure I’m riding around town in style. Harrison Virden made our remote purchase of my wife’s i4

Harrison Virden made our remote purchase of my wife’s i4 as smooth and stress-free as possible. We were able to get inside and outside videos of the car, build sheet and all records quickly, and his communication was excellent. Harrison and Aaron in finance made the transaction quick and hassle free. Their preferred transport agent brought us the car in pristine condition and were very professional to deal with. Highly recommend.

Just completed my fourth purchase of a new BMW from BMW of Peoria. I now am a proud owner of a BMW X6 xDrive 40i. I have never stayed this loyal to an automotive brand until I started giving my business to this dealer. My loyalty to the brand has much to do with the great group of folks in the Sales and Service departments. Everyone at BMW of Peoria treats with a genuine appreciation of my business. The latest to add to the list is my Client Advisor, Jim Schertz. Jim has been awesome to work with on consummating the process of trade-in and purchase. Jim's product knowledge is extensive, and he makes the buying process so simple and reassuring of my decision making. In short, Jim is a true professional. I would strongly encourage anyone interested in buying a vehicle from BMW of Peoria, you will be very pleased with your experience in working with Jim. Once you have the purchase completed, you will also be very pleased with your experience with the Service Department at this dealership. My wife and I purchased a used X5.

My wife and I purchased a used X5. A recall, parts shortage, courtesy call sold, brand new courtesy car damaged in transit, 3rd courtesy car delivered. Oh, original salesman left company during negotiations. Mr. Leman and his staff continually rose to the occasion. Mr. Schwartz, cancelled a benefit day, worked on his birthday to deliver our vehicle. What an outstanding experience. Our expectations were exceeded, new or used, BMW of Peoria will do the same for you. Excited for the next opportunity to work with them!

I contacted Jim Schertz regarding a request for an

I contacted Jim Schertz regarding a request for an appraisal of my 2018 BMW 430i convertible that I had previously purchased at BMW of Peoria with Jim as my salesman. I remembered that I had been impressed with Jim several years previously and was interested in continuing my relationship with him when considering another vehicle purchase. With this planned purchase I was looking for something rather special and a vehicle that I knew that the BMW Dealership wouldn’t probably have as it wasn’t going to be a BMW. I was after a specific model, color and year range of Chevrolet Corvette Stingray. In amazingly short order Jim was able to locate the exact vehicle that I was seeking and arrange to have it transported to the Peoria BMW Dealership that very afternoon. Jim came in the next morning day, on his day off, so I could purchased the Corvette Stingray. He really went the extra mile and then some.
