I just wanted to take this time to thank Peter and Alex at International Motorcars in Berlin CT. I went in to take a look at a Lexus I had previously seen online and it happened that the car was out on the road for a test drive. I spoke to one of the sales person and left my phone number for a call back if the deal did not go through. Within 20 minutes, Peter Kelly called me and I came back to the dealership. Went on a test drive and thought the car was great. Peter was very honest and showed me the carfax report and also provided me with the vin number, so I did my own research and everything on the carfax was accurate. I never felt pressured into buying the car and was treated with respect. Alex also found me a great financing rate and the transaction went very smooth. I even brought a car for trade in with high miles and they gave me their honest opinion in which I decided to sell outright to someone else, they didnt give me any hassle or tried for me to loose money to trade in. I would absolutely buy another car from this car dealer again.

I have purchased several cars from Gary Pawloski at International, and always have a positive experience. I find him to be honest, knowledgeable, and fairly priced. I refuse to buy new cars because I feel they are a bad investment, so I buy from Gary to have almost new cars for a much better price. I have also had service done at the shop there, and am always happy. All of the guys there are polite and professional, and I never feel like I am getting taken advantage of. I highly recommend this dealership, and will continue to buy cars from them in the future.

I purchased my pre-owned Audi from these guys and was treated very well, and given an honest deal. I was not pressured into buying, and the salesman, Peter, answered all of my many, many question with patience and kindness. I even had to bring the car back for a minor repair when it was just out of warranty, and he still covered it! I will be back and will recommend to others.

From start to finish my buying experience was fair and pleasant when buying my Ford Econoline. I got a great deal on a cargo van for my business, saved some money, and was treated well. Gary was nice to deal with, and very knowledgeable about the van. I have called with questions several times since purchase and always get the help I need. My business is growing and I plan to purchase more vans from these guys. More than anything I am happy with how much money I saved, I had looked for a decent, low miles van for months but they were all too expensive or too miley. I was able to get my van with reasonable miles for less money than anyone in the area. When I came in to do the paperwork I had my 2 kids with me, and Peter gave them both balloons and made their day! You can tell that these guys are good, and honest, I never felt like I was being mislead, which I am always on guard for when buying a vehicle. Stoked about my new BMW for the summer! Have driven it for a few months and love it more and more every time I turn the key!
