I recently had a deeply disappointing experience with this dealership. Firstly, they were not transparent about the vehicle's history, withholding the Carfax report and requiring customers to purchase it themselves. This lack of transparency is unacceptable and raises serious concerns. Additionally, the dealership assumed my language preference and sent me communications in Spanish, which felt disrespectful and racially insensitive. It’s crucial for a dealership to respect and understand their customers' backgrounds. What’s more, I was willing to travel 900 miles from Washington, D.C., to visit them, but despite my genuine interest, they ultimately lost me as a customer. This lack of professionalism and disregard for potential buyers is unacceptable. Overall, my experience was frustrating and disappointing. I hope the dealership takes this feedback seriously and improves their professionalism and customer service. ---

Had been working with multiple Staff members over the
Had been working with multiple Staff members over the phone for a 2023 2LT Vette. Called ahead to view the vehicle as we live 1 1/2 hrs away. Only to find upon arrival that vehicle is a "repurposed" vehicle. GM had to replace the transmission the dealership bid on purchase of vehicle. If we had known of this "LEMON" that now is supposed to be "FIXED" we most likely would have NOT made this trip. Or at least negotiated that better price.

Cars and trucks are a pricey investment, they immediately depreciate when you drive off the lot, you often run the gauntlet of saying "no" to all the extras, and when you get it home you wonder if you got a good deal or got taken. My most recent purchase was a used GMC Canyon. Justin Parrish and Tim Wallace knew what I was looking for and the price range I needed to be in, found what I wanted, and got me in it. Unfortunately, it had a sensor that went bad, but everything is fixed and I'm enjoying my truck. This was the second vehicle I've purchased from Jimmy Britt Chevy, and they would be my first stop if I need another. No dealership is perfect. No sales associate is perfect. But I am satisfied with how I've been treated.

Hello Andrew - I cannot agree more - keeping customers happy ongoing is just as important as making new customers happy. It was clear we weren't able to meet your time frame expectations so I recognize it seemed dismissive when the manager was open to walking away from the deal. It is always our intention to make every customer happy, old and new, and in this instance, we failed - I apologize for that.
Who says this: “ You let us know that you were not satisfied and we would rather lose you as a customer and refund your deposit (Which is what we said before taking your deposit, that it is fully refundable) instead of hold your deposit and be upset with us. With that said, if you were in our shoes would you handle the situation differently?” Also offering money off on a car I didn’t ask for with incentives every dealer is offering is not something to be proud of. Saying meeting my timeframe is not accurate when I never held you to a deadline. Maybe you need to get more of the story or I can just publish all traffic here.
