DON’T buy a service plan from these Con Artists.

DON’T buy a service plan from these Con Artists. Finance Guy Floyd said it would only cost $15 more per month for the duration of the loan. (72 months) 72 X $15 = 1080. WHY did my contract have a $3,000 charge on it?🥺 🤷🏽‍♂️🥺When I tried to find out, I got ghosted. Couldn’t get ANYONE on the phone or even a callback so I had to go down there personally to cancel this fraudulent transaction. 🤦🏽 SHAME! SHAME! SHAME!

The Worst

I purchased an accord and when I went they said the vehicle was damaged and wasn’t ready to pick up and said they would put me in a loner vehicle. When I went back the next day they told me that I was stuck with the loner and the vehicle I initially purchased was $600 a month and the loner is $900 a month and I’m now stuck with the vehicle and nobody would take it because I got the vehicle with 75k miles! The car breaks down monthly and the dealership refuses to fix the problem!

Choose your local mechanic, not these sharks

Dropped my car off for a check engine light, was told they would get right back to me and send a link for approving what needs to be done. They never actually got back to me or worked on the car at all until I called in the late afternoon the next day. There was no communication and I wasn’t sent the link so that I could approve/disapprove what work needed to be done. So I’m stuck paying $1500 to these SHARKS if I want to get my car back at all. This, for a car that was working fine with a check engine light on. Go to your local mechanic instead, this place does not care.

The best deal maker

Anthony is the best deal maker and he really did a good job for me. I got Cr V hybrid from him and he takes care of everything. I do guarantee you!

Abysmal Communication

I have been trying for the past two months to obtain reimbursement of my GAP insurance after trading in a vehicle I purchased from Carey Paul Honda. I submitted the paperwork on 2/8/2023 and despite numerous phone calls and follow-up emails no reimbursement and no response from ANYONE at Carey Paul Honda. Next stop, the Better Business Bureau.

Bad dealership

I purchased a 2015 Honda CRV that shakes at traffic lights. The vibrations are making me sick. The car was detailed but it smells like an ash tray. They said because of my poor credit I could only get this Honda CRV. They ripped me off. Now I have engine failure and transmission failure that car shield won’t cover.

They sell cars w/ UNDISCLOSED PREEXISTING DAMAGE

BEWARE! Carey Paul Honda sells used cars with UNDISCLOSED PREEXISTING DAMAGE that make them unusable. They sold me a 2014 Lexus that can't be driven or parked in the rain...improperly installed aftermarket windshield leaks and floods electronics. Has been going on long before I got car...electronics are corroded. Info provided said no accidents, dealer maintained. Their solution is for me to take a $15,000 loss to trade damaged car for another of their cars. They said 30K car they sold 20 days ago now only worth salvage and see no problem with leaving me to pay off damaged car I would no longer own. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from these heartless people.

Avoid possible scam / rude staff

My wife and I felt that the sales team and management really took advantage of us today with dishonesty. In particular, sales team member Key Brown repeatedly told my wife she could get a car at a specific out-the-door price, that she had repeatedly got her manager's (Larry Bass) approval, but that we had to come in today to get the car at this price. My wife made the 1 hour drive on her off day from work and left our 10-month year old with me, and it was a classic bait-and-switch. Key said the actually price was $10,000 more than what she had previously said was the out the door cost. Shameful. When I called Larry Bass afterwards, he was unapologetic for wasting our time, unaccountable for his staffer's incompetence, and even tried to gaslight my wife's account of the situation even though we had it in text message. We would have been understanding if he had shown some grace for the situation, instead he was borderline rude and offered no way to rectify the situation. I would recommend to others not to use this place for a potential scam like we had, but if you must, i would avoid Key Brown and anyone else that is under Larry Bass's supervision .

Sold a car that clearly was in an accident

I bought a 2021 Honda Civic Ex for 35,000 (online everyone else is at least 5,000 cheaper) three weeks ago and I didn't know how much front end damage the vehicle had when I purchased. The emblem in front was cracked in several places (I replaced with an aftermarket emblem) and it has several deep indentions on the hood and grill like the previous owner hit something. The car was sold to me with a clear Carfax and I was told by the salesman that the car was not involved in any accident. The front bumper slightly sags on one side and also one of the fog lights don't work. I'm very disappointed because of how much I paid for this vehicle that had only 2,500 miles on it when I bought it. I emailed the sales manager I will update if and when I get a response. The car internet price was 33 but change to 35 during negotiations. The car was way over price for the condition the car was in. The tint has bubbles and the fire wall under the car was damaged. Please really give these cars a thorough review before buying. I didn't because the car was just a year old and had under 2500 miles. This has been a nightmare. Update: The car I bought was involved in some type of accident. While I was trying to touch up the deep indentions on the hood, grill, and bumper with touch up paint I noticed that the bumper clear coat was cracked. It looks like shattered tempered glass the size of a baseball in one area of the bumper. The same side of the car where the fog light didn't work which indicates that the fog light bulb was blown from impact. Also the same side where the bumper slightly sags. There are other stratches in the clear coat in that area of the bumper I hope to buff out. I could have sworn it is against the law to sale some one a car that has been involved in an accident and not tell them.
