Great experience

I went in for an oil change. I was greeted by a service rep. before even exiting my vehicle. Service was quick and I was on my home within an hour and a half.

Won’t be back.

I came in for my Honda recommended maintenance, which was supposed to include topping off all fluids. They did not refill the washer fluid. I was told it would only take an hour and a half for the services to be completed and it took nearly 4 hours. No one seemed very apologetic that I had to wait much longer than quoted. I even made an appointment online ahead of time and arrived early for the appointment. I’ll find another dealership to work with in the future that values my time & business.

2019 Honda Accord

Each Honda representative that I worked with were very helpful and ensured I had the best experience possible. They all ensured that I made the absolute best possible choice, and felt comfortable with my first car purchase.

Clean. Knowledge and professional advisor

Mr. Skyler Lewis was my advisor, he was nice. I asked him how long would the visit be, he said 1 1/2 hour and he was correct. Additional maintenance was needed on my vehicle, I received a call, I thought that was very professional.

yes i would recomend your service center

Customer service, Customer service and accurate information is a must. Dexter is excellent with his communication and customer care. Everyone was friendly from service to the cashier. I have two Hondas and both are serviced at your location.
