I waited 2 days on my car during the 10k maintenance as I

I waited 2 days on my car during the 10k maintenance as I reported that there is something off about the breaks. Advisor is clueless and perhaps not aware on my appt even though he was the one who made that appt and took the slowest route to get a solution although i had the oil change on day and luckily got a really filthy loaner from Hertz Santa Clarita on day 2 then got a call finally to get my car and Advisor said nothing is wrong with the brakes and return my car dirty.

These guys are the guys who give used car salesmen a bad

These guys are the guys who give used car salesmen a bad name. We should’ve walked away when we got a sense of some sketchy stuff going on during our negotiation and now I sorely regret that we didn’t. They tried to hide multiple things from us that were issues which we found ourselves later. I’m super grateful that we noticed a couple of issues and had those written into our purchase contract that they were on the hook to address them – however once we went to get those fixed, they repeatedly REFUSED to provide the service that is EXPLICITLY agreed to in our contract!!! I have NEVER dealt with a business with such a COMPLETE LACK OF INTEGRITY and now we are forced to take legal action to get them to abide by the contract. We strongly advise saving yourself major headaches and lots of unnecessary expenses by never visiting this AWFUL dealership.

Okay, advisor was overbooked for my time slot. Waited for a few minutes. Additionally, was contacted by your AI follow-up. Definitely needs work. Answered the same questions several time on several occasions.

My service advisor , Steve, is always on top of things.

My service advisor , Steve, is always on top of things. Had an issue with my transmission and it was replaced promptly and efficiently! He always takes care of me and I appreciate all that he does!

This has probably been the worst experience Ive had

This has probably been the worst experience Ive had purchasing a vehicle from a dealer. My sales person Andy Aguello was the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with as far as making a deal purchasing a car. After driving almost 1 hour and 30 mins away I get to the dealership and check out the car just to realize when I open the door a huge tear on the driver seat which was not seen in the pictures I was sent and would of been nice for a heads up being driving over there from such a long distance.. Andy tells me the seat will get repaired about a week and a half later the seat gets repaired after the deal was made and my down payment was taken. I had to contact the dealer myself to see if the car was ready and Andy had also mentioned delivery of the vehicle for the inconvenience.. Which didn't happen I had to drive back to Valencia to pick up the car and Andy was out of the office that day.. I do appreciate Gabe from finance though he was very helpful and sold me this extended warranty that came in clutch right now due to having issues with the vehicle already after only having it for a month or so.. Usually after purchasing a vehicle you receive a courtesy call from the salesman too follow up and see how the vehicle is working out for you .. But unfortunately I didnt get that here at Auto Nation Valencia Chevrolet.. I would NOT recommend this dealer and would tell you to take your business elsewhere ..
