Wholesale?
This was my firstt brush with a wholesale dealership. Not impressed. Many sales people, not much knowledge about stock. Not knowledgeable of what stock they have. Sort of a used car mill.

Excellent customer care
Found A Better Way Wholesale Autos while searching online for a particular car. Not being a "big" dealership, we took a chance and drove up to see the car. The car was what we were looking for at the price we needed Still skeptical, we started the paperwork. Chris, our salesman, was extremely personable and helpful. I had asked that the car be given better tires and he got that squared away immediately, no questions asked. Sale went smoothly. Took the car to my mechanic who recommended a couple fixes. I was prepared for a fight to get these items taken care of, I am still in awe. There were no questions asked, they were more than helpful and the service department had the issues resolved. They were honest and fair and I was more than impressed with this small but very busy dealership. I waited to write this review to make sure nothing else came up. To their credit, this is a good car and I am extremely pleased with the entire experience and my son and I love the car. Thank you Chris and to all the service department techs (sorry, I don't know all your names but you are a big part of that thank you) that put the customer first. If you are looking for a used car at a fair price, I highly recommend visiting A Better Way Wholesale Auto.

Terrible repair service!
Buyer beware, if your vehicle only runs for a few weeks and is the repair station for longer than you have owned it and costs more to repair than you purchased it, just remember you were warned.

Incredibly busy / Tons of choices / No frills / Great prices
It was a long day but it's also an incredibly busy dealership so that was understood. For what I was looking for & for what I could afford payment-wise I was/am happy with my purchase of the 2008 Toyota Scion XB. It's younger than what I was driving, has less miles and gets better gas mileage. Thanks so much to Anna for all of her help in the process and also for her being patient with me as I searched through numerous possibilities. She was great. Straightforward, honest and friendly. Other than what I received for my trade-in I was happy with my experience at A Better Way.

Chris provided excellent service with attention to details. Answered all questions and requests. Did not rush or high pressure to buy a vehicle. Showed all the cars asked for. Handled the paperwork and pickup of the vehicle without issue. Even had enough gas for trip back to NJ! Appreciate the time taken to close the sale. Thank you

not helpful at all
Contacted them to get more information than availability and got the same canned reply no matter what question I asked. Requested that my questions be answered within 24 hours after that and got no reply for 2 days. Once I got a reply it was a bit condescending with the repeated claims of how many cars they sell each month, basically trying to give the impression that we, the customers, should be honored to do business with them. Maybe other people at the dealership are more helpful but they lost any chance at my money based on my interaction with their internet sales rep. If they keep this up, they won't be able to brag about how many vehicles they move per month.

A lot of our competitors like to post non credible reviews. All of our Internet inquiry's are answered promptly. When you receive 300 Inquiry's per day and sell over 500 vehicles this is something we take pride in. If it is an Internet reps day off, common sense of course, you will not be responded to until the next business day when a rep is available to assist you. All of our responses are professional, kind and transparent.
