Don't trust this dealership.

Don't trust this dealership. They're liars. They fake the car to sell it, and within days the car breaks down. On top of that, they tamper with the car's mileage. The salesman, Fred, is a lying scammer.

Fast and dirty.

Fast and dirty. 20+ salesmen all busy. 800 used cars from auction, none of them have been detailed yet. If you need a car today on a sub $15k budget I would go here and detail it yourself. Good place to buy a first car. Don’t buy a luxury item or anything collectible. The the inventory doesn’t turn super fast so every single car will likely need a rotor resurfacing. They had family guy on the tv which I thought was odd for a dealership. Not really dealership vibes, which is good!

I was told that “ A Better Way Wholesale “ does not service my area. I am still interested in purchasing this car. The dealer seems uninterested. I don’t need to finance. I simply need the price for vehicle delivered to PA. I would simply write a check.

I wanted to buy the car, a VW Alltrack.

I wanted to buy the car, a VW Alltrack. I didn’t need to finance. All that I wanted is a final out of the door price delivered to PA. I said that that provide whatever payment they wanted. I received email from Lya Hoyt, but I couldn’t get a definitive price. I requested a price time after time but I they wouldn’t give me a price. So I moved on. I am still interested in the Alltrack…but I will need a price…I could simply write a check and it could be delivered. I don’t understand the complication.

Absolute worst, I scheduled an appointment to see a specific car, drove 45 minutes and when I arrived and contacted the person I was instructed to ask for and was immediately told that the car I came to see had just sold. Offered a similar car that was 2 grand more. I may have wasted a half tank of gas going to this dump but I dodged a bullet not buying anything. Stay away they will rip you off.

Stay away!

Stay away!! They sell absolute garbage. Bought a Jeep Compass for my daughter and have had nothing but problems. I have spent over $5000 for repairs and bought the extended warranty which didn't cover most of the problems. So it was probably more like $7000, bc the warranty covered one of the repairs. They buy salvage titles and sell them without doing any repairs. Theyre just looking to take your money and forget about you. Also very unprofessional atmosphere there, does anyone that works there ever hear of a collared shirt.

Opiok, thank you for this feedback. We're very sorry to see that you didn't have the best experience at our dealership. While we're disappointed to learn that we didn't meet your expectations, we'd love to try to turn things around and make sure the same thing doesn't continue to happen.

This place is a nightmare Big Time.

This place is a nightmare Big Time. Just keep on driving past them. They truly do not care and are not want your money. Well that’s if they answer the phone or return your calls then when you say I’m frustrated they say oh well go somewhere else then. !!!!

Used car sales tactics.

Used car sales tactics. Be aware. I called Saturday at 1545 evening to confirm a 2018 Audi Q3 was still available. That was 15 min prior dealer closing time. I told Mr Monell I was driving 3 and a Half hours from Philadelphia to be there at opening at 1000 the next day Sunday with my daughter to pick up the vehicle. Arrived at 0945 to find out the car was sold? At 1545? Come on! I understand the luring of customers into the dealership but this is just plain lying. And of course 3 and a half hours back to Philadelphia. Good luck.
