Worst sales experience I have ever had in my 35 years of
Worst sales experience I have ever had in my 35 years of buying vehicles. Purchased a truck that had dealer installed parts missing and was promised that I would receive them after the purchase but never got satisfaction on receiving all of the items owed to me that were paid for as part of the purchase including having an IOU for the items. Wrestled with them for over 6 months with no satisfaction and finally purchased and installed the items myself. I will never buy a vehicle from them in the future.

Amazing experience at Carl Black!
Amazing experience at Carl Black! Leo Willis was phenomenal to work with from start to finish. Great email communication, personable upon on site visit, and overall a smooth process. Knowledgeable about the Hummer, worked well to meet terms and polite through it all. Delivery of vehicle after finance was great! From him double checking that I had everything removed from the trade in to showing all features in the Hummer and the set up processes. My wife and I trade in a lot and he has earned a long term customer. Definitely one of the best purchasing experiences ever.

1-24-25 Hour and a half for oil change today.
1-24-25 Hour and a half for oil change today. I watched 9 personal in the service center just sitting behind the desk absolutely not doing a dam thing. Besides just playing on their phones. When my truck was done it was a $150 for and oil change. Absolutely blew my mind, I guess when you have that much over head doing nothing. Somebody's gotta pay. Crazy!!!

I have a 2023 Silverado Truck RST model with 21,000 miles
I have a 2023 Silverado Truck RST model with 21,000 miles on it. Please note: I'm very happy with the truck but very disappointed with the Customer Service and business attitude of Carl Black Service Dept. I had to use my GMC Roadside Service to tow my truck into Carl Black on Dec. 19th a Thursday morning because I wasn't sure if I had a true overheating issue with my transmission fluid or maybe it was me who accidentally set the dummy light on the steering wheel. Either way I brought it in for a complete diagnostic check and they did do a complete reboot of the trucks electrical system. First of all I was calling almost everyday to check on the status of my truck through the 6 total days they had my truck. Second of all, they didn't even look at my truck for the first time until Saturday which was three days after they initially received it. They said to me, "Mr Stork we are a very high volume truck dealer seeing about 100 trucks a month and we just don't have the time. we have nothing under a (4) day turnaround minimum?? I had even asked for a loner car and they said I would have to be put on a waiting list?? a waiting list?? R U kidding?? "As far as renting a car I was never given a clear statement or proper dealer protocol on reimbursement as they told me it depends!" When they finally told me to pick it up on Christmas Eve day at 1:30PM of the 24th because they were closing for Christmas; they were rushing me to pick it up and scoot me out as they were shutting their doors at 2:00PM. They handed me one sheet of paper showing $0 cost for services rendered because of my warranty, but did not have any explanation of anything and what they did for (6) total days? Absolutely crazy!! When I got to my truck the only thing they fixed was my turn signal coordination software which had to be updated; but my temperature reading on my transmission fluid was still showing on in my truck with no verbal or written explanation as to why? This is totally unacceptable! To me all you care about is 100% sales only!! Please let me note : Tony was somewhat helpful but I could tell he needs extra help at Carl Black like really bad. The Service side is where you earn your true customer Service Badge from a dealer standpoint. My opinion don't waste your time or money with Carl Black Service Dept. Go directly to Autonation Chevrolet on Lee Vista and State Road 436 in Orlando.

Leo was awesome. He explained everything in detail about my new car. Things have definitely changed since I bought my last car in 2015. Leo was very patient and walked me through all the new features. I love my new car.
