We were looking specifically for a Honda CR-V, and J & M had a nice selection considering it is not a Honda dealer. The car we chose looked and drove like it was brand new! However, with credit issues, we weren't sure what to expect. Leave it to Jerry - he got the job done! We were able to get a great car at a great price, and also a fair trade-in allowance on our old car. I would recommend J & M to anyone!

Easy process. Minor concerns with the 2012 GMC Terrain (smoke smell), but Jerry made it right with ZERO issues. Was hesitant to purchase from a smaller lot as we typically can go to the larger dealerships with our excellent credit. But gave it a shot and am very impressed and pleased with our purchase. Jerry provided prompt service with excellent communication. Will be considering Jerry when we purchase our next auto.

He explained the importance of adding GAP Insurance, a 2-year warranty and thru his contacts, with several lenders, was able secure great financing. Took a test drive of a nice, low mile, 2007 Buick Rendezvous. The owner, Jerry, isn't your typical "let me ask the manager" wheel and deal pushy salesman. When you are the owner, I guess there is no need for that sort of thing! I typically hate buying cars. Jerry was honest, upfront and worked hard to make me a great deal. And he threw in an addition 3 months on the included free no-deductible warranty. Needless to say, I purchased the SUV. And I'll be referring others to J & M.
