Sales: Although the ride was long, it was worth the trip. King (Sales Manager) brought me in and paired me with Johnny as a sales person. He respected my family’s time and I appreciate his effort in working with us. Finance: I worked with Paul, and did not enjoy my finance experience. I felt he didn’t respect me as a customer as I caught him in a few lies. He did not make me truly feel good about the financial side of the purchase. Overall: I would recommend this dealership

I felt very at ease in this dealership. Chad talked to me just like we were sitting down to dinner and explained everything. Did not make me uncomfortable or worried at all. It was also nice that the owner of the dealership came and sat down and talked to my friend and I while we were waiting for work to be done. It was a pleasure shopping and buying from NashvChevrolet.

The reason for the rating is because once I got to the dealership, I never worked with Chad Martin. The only other reason for the ratings is that I never was given the address of where I needed to make my payment

Wonderful experience. Joe Baptiste and Scot Saffold made buying my car a stress free experience. They bent over backwards to accommodate me.
