Superior Chevrolet

James Griffin is an excellent member of the sales team. He answered all of my questions and was very efficient throughout the entire process. All of the staff that I interacted with were friendly and knowledgeable. At no time did I feel pressured to make a purchase. Highly recommend this dealership.

Dissatisfied customer

I went to this dealership to trade in my 2016 Chevy Trax and end leaving dealership with another Chevy Trax 2021. I had a salesman who wasn't interested in putting in the vehicle I wanted, all he cared about was making a sale. I am a very dissatisfied customer who left that dealership with the same car I traded in except a newer model when I went there to specifically purchase a vehicle with more space than what I traded in. I expressed that to the salesman and yet he still ignored my request put me in what he thought was best for me. I'm still very much upset because I barely have room for my grandbaby car seat and no truck space for a stroller.

Good Purchase, POOR service dept

I brought my car in on a Friday with a list of things I needed looked at. My car has only 13k miles in it and I knew it should be running the way it did. So the tech informed me that I would need to leave it, which I did, until the following Wednesday. On that list, I requested a full alignment and tire rotation and balance. In all, I paid roughly $365 and when I drove 1 hour back home, my car STILL pulls to the left, which was my original complaint AND my tire pressure is still the same that it was when I dropped it off, 37 on the driver side and 35 on the passenger side. I also get vibrations from the tires when I get to 80 mph. To add insult to injury, one of my other complaints was my brakes squeaking when stopping, I received a call from the tech informing me that the pads looked good and that Camaros and Corvettes had a known issue of brake squeaking (???)! Now, I may not be the brightest bulb in the pack, but to be told that what I was experiencing is normal is NOT what I expected. My neighbor owns an auto repair shop, so I explained to him the situation and he was flabbergasted. Being that I need to bring my car to the Superior (not hardly) Chevrolet to maintain my lifetime warranty, is almost a slap in the face. I live an hour from this location, so I will NOT be returning it there to work through these issues. I will however maintain my powertrain services as required by the warranty, but nothing more and nothing less.

FRUSTRATED ?

This dealer has went down throughout the years. Is had bad bad customer service, and service @ this point.

New tires

Customer Service has gotten better and also the guy that assisted me took the time to make sure I was not only getting what I needed but also made sure I was getting the best price available

Great Service!

Completely satisfied and I trust the people with my car. I was so satisfied, I purchased three dozens of Krispy Kreme doughnuts for the service department to show my appreciation.

Amazing experience

They where amazing to work with gave me a great price and a great trade in value. No haggling! Super helpful and easy process. Went to 3 other dealerships and this one was seemless.

Do Not Get Your Car Serviced Here

Came to get my rear tail light replaced. I purchased a tail light at autozone before heading there, placed it in my trunk, only to find out they don’t use outside parts. Not a problem, I was simply going to return the bulb to autozone. When I got my car back, guess what’s missing from my trunk??? The bulb that I purchased on my own. I confronted the rep who checked my car in, who then asked the tech that worked on the car. The tech claims he never saw it, or used it. BULL****. I have the purchase receipt from autozone, the rep checked my car with me, and it’s not there. Unfortunately I can’t prove that he took it, but I’m not dumb. I’m never getting my car serviced here again. I hate a liar almost as much as I hate a thief, and this technician is both. Beware if you bring you own parts in. They may be stolen for the techs personal use. Or may be used on your car while you simultaneously get charged for the dealership’s parts.
