Scheduled appointment to have a diagnostic ran on my 2018 Chevy Colorado because the transmission shakes like it is about to fall out. Decided to have oil change completed at the same time since I was going to be there. When I arrived I was told that I needed to basically make an appointment for the transmission issue, even though that is what i did. I now have to come back for the transmission to be diagnosed. If I had known this I would have had the oil changed at a quick lube location and the transmission serviced by a dealer who actually lets you make an appointment and honors it.

Josh Perkins made everything easy. He listened carefully to what i wanted, gave me freedom and plenty of time to make my decision, offered helpful insights into features, options, warranty choices , and was friendly every step of the way. Upon my arrival, the parking lot greeter was friendly and reassuring. Everyone on staff was friendly, helpful, and gave me extra time when I needed it and went fast when I was ready, throughout the purchase process. I got a great deal on my trade and I am happily driving my new Equinox!

Austin was great to work with. He showed us two different suburbans and took the time to explain all the features and the differences between the two models. He was very patient and allowed us to make a decision without feeling pressured. During the purchase process, I overheard him taking the time to assist another less tech savvy client with downloading and setting up the My Chevy app through the App Store. That interaction alone showed me and my husband that Austin’s sales methodology is about building long term relationships with clients vs providing a transactional experience. I would absolutely recommend him to any friend or family member looking to purchase a vehicle.

i was wanting a new Equinox and of Covoid-19 caused low inventory. It did not help that I wanted a specific color that was not in stock. Kevin was outstanding. He showed me what was available and it was not what I wanted. .Finally he and several other people looked and found what I wanted. Everyone went above my expectations to find the right vehicle for me. Kevin kept me up to date with what they were doing with texts and phone calls. He was very patient and understanding with me and my wants . He deserves a gold star. Thank you!!!
