I have been coming (and going) to this service center for over 20 years, I had a 2000 civic, 2008 accord and now drive a 2018 civic. I had such bad experiences in the past, I refused to come to this service center. This time was just convenient that I made an early appointment for today. I came in ready for the worst, but actually had an excellent experience. I was greeted right away, they accepted a coupon I had and it only took 40 minutes. I'm glad this service center finally got it together, I'm back!

Today is the first of the month and I was so stressed about because my Honda lease was due and rent was due. But Sandra and Brian really helped me out. They made returning my lease seamless and made sure not to charge me any ridiculous fees. I had gone to another dealership a week ago and they were so pushy and grimy. But here I felt at ease.
