Quincy our sales representative was awesome. He was not pushy, extremely patient and really listened to our needs and wants in an SUV. Byers Toyota Delaware Ohio was our first stop to test drive a RAV 4. We then went on to test drive both a Honda CRV and Mazda CX-50 at their respective dealerships. After this time Quincy reached out to us letting us know that they had some new arrivals he thought we might be interested in. We returned to test drive a Toyota Corolla Cross and a RAV 4 XLE Premium. We liked them both but decided on the Rav 4. The drive the roominess and color we were sold. From the sales representative to the sales manger and even the finance manager everyone was nice and courteous. Would recommend Byers Toyota to any one looking for a pleasant car buying experience.

Was very impressed with the service I received. After all was done. I wasn’t pressured into anything I didn’t want at the time. I asked several questions about my truck and they answered with what I needed.
