my experience is they dont have that car and they still leave it up there for BAIT AND SWITCH. illegal.

My salesman was Alex who couldn’t have been more accommodating. I wanted to look at three different cars and Alex made arrangements to do so even though I was a walk-in and he was busy with other customers. I had come a distance to look at these cars. If I had to come back, to test drive would have been difficult. I ended up buying one of the cars. Thanks Alex!

1 Horrible horrible horrible, from sales to finance. Dennis had me lie and say I had the truck when I didn't and when I did get the truck I had to bring bit back the next day because there was so many problems with it. This is NO way to run a business. I don't know why they don't check the vehicles before showing them to customers. The window wouldn't go up, the oil light was on, the hood wouldn't open, the fuel injection and suspension was of, engine was racing and Alex promised to replace a letter that was missing on the truck and the system reading was stuck on Chinese which I can’t read. never once did they apologize for the issues and when I called Dennis said he had nothing to do with the sales but he was more than happy to take the money. He didn’t even acknowledge me when he walked in the door the morning of. Alex was nice enough to do that.

Took a little long and then I expected the finance department helped a lot Car is in excellent shape love it

I did 90% of my sale over the phone as i live far away and the team at Avon Auto broker made it really easy and bent over backwards to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction.

Alex was great to work with. I got a fair trade in value for my car. None of usual back and forth with the finance manager. Straight forward and easy transaction. I love my new Cadillac. Will def buy from them in the future.

They are Unprofessional, Unethical, and incompetent. I am out of state, 2000 miles away and tried to purchase a vehicle from them. My loan application was approved and being processed,they took my card number to put some money to hold the car then proceeded to tell me 'let me see if it is still available.' Then I get a strange email congratulating me on my purchase saying 'it has been a few days since you took delivery of your new vehicle...'. But that never happened. I was waiting on my loan check to arrive so I could sign it & send it to them. Then they tell me their service department found a huge oil leak & would not be worth their while to sell the car. Clearly, that was a lie because they already sold it to someone else, but sent the email to me.

Alex is the man , courteous and knowledgeable ! He is a true professional, and I needed a professional, not a politician

My mother bought a car from there 4 Years ago. Car still running smooth. So I feel pretty confident. I definitely will do business with them again such a Clean and professional environment.!
