Stealer - My car's brakes are still in very good

Stealer - My car's brakes are still in very good condition. 1/3 left on brake pads. They did the inspection for me and said it is at dangerous level, and need to replace rotors and pads with over $1000 immediately. Either you want to fool customer to make more money, or your technical aspect is really poor. And yes, of course I took out the brake pads and found out they are still in such good shape.

Have bought four cars from here Love the cars But have

Have bought four cars from here Love the cars But have had consistent problems with service. Was told we needed a drive train . $240o and front brakes. Brought the car two two independent dealers . Drive train was fine Front brakes were bad but real were worse. And yet I was told rear were fine but only front needef I know service guys get commission but This is not the first time they pushed for things we didn’t need. Very disappointed in The service department, . Had a gas line leak and had it towed to Patrick . It to them Three days to look at it even though the website said they had appointments earlier.

I was scouting cars for my wife and went to test drive a

I was scouting cars for my wife and went to test drive a 2021 Subaru Forester Touring at Patrick Subaru. The car, VIN JF2SKAXC7MH53178 remains on their website priced at $28,796. The salesman, Christian Capellan asked if I wanted to see the numbers after test drive. I agreed. Christina asked me how I would pay. I said that we would pay cash. Christian gave me a quote and highlighted the advertised price, When I looked more closely, the quote includes a $1000 "Finance Discount." The actual price for the vehicle was $1000 more than what they continue to advertise. Patrick Subaru required financing $15,000 through them for a minimum of six months and assumed an 8.99% interest rate. Christian also told me that there was an end of the month discount =, but never told me what that discount was. The bottom line is that in at least this case, the advertised price was deceptive as it was not the cash price. Patrick Subaru has high scores here on dealerrater, Their score needs an update. There are other dealers who will provide transparent pricing.

We apologize that you feel our advertised pricing is "deceptive," but we feel that this review is unfair to our team who spent time to assist you and answer your questions. The response from the dealer above about my "technology question/requests" speaks volumes about the shameful deceptive practices that Patrick Subaru uses. It's a snow job. The concern I raised is that Patrick Subaru advertises prices on their website with no asterisk or note that "*Pricing Includes Finance Incentives." There is a note at the bottom of the webpage, not next to the the price and not mentioned in the "detailed pricing." noting that the pricing includes financial incentives. Buyers cannot buy a car for the advertised price. To get the advertised price, i would have had to borrow $15,000 at a quoted 8.99% for a minimum of six months. In other words, Patrick Subaru won't let you go to a lower cost lender like your credit union for a loan without raising the price by $1000 on a $29,000 used car. They got you. Buyer Beware.

I purchased my car from Al and couldn’t be happier.

I purchased my car from Al and couldn’t be happier. Al was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He was very patient as I was undecided about what I wanted or needed. There was no pressure and he kept me up to date on what was available at all times. I ended up with a Crosstrek and will return to Patrick Subaru for my next one!

I would not recommend working with John Canty.

I would not recommend working with John Canty. His misleading sales pitch for the ceramic coating and aggressive and intimidating push for the purchase of unwanted extended warranties was not appropriate, causing me to have experienced undue stress.
