Amazing!!

Short and sweet. These people are simply amazing and treated me like a valued customer. I loved every moment of getting my new car. I would recommend them to any and everybody . Please continue to do great things and make others happy. By the way Kenny you are the best, I LOVE MY 2015 NISSAN!

Awesome!!

Excellent Selection, Excellent Service

I purchased my first car from Kim at Bourne's. My entire experience was nothing but pleasant. She gave me a no-hassle price and did not put any pressure on me at any point. Everything about my time working with Bourne's was stress free and easy. I have already recommended them to multiple people and will continue to recommend them. Next time I need to buy a car, I will absolutely be coming back to Bourne's.

Great selections - Great prices - Great Cust. Serv.

My husband and I searched around for the right vehicle for him. We attempted to buy from Copeland Chevrolet who gave us the run-a-round for 3 weeks, along with the worse service EVER. We continued to look around and came across Bourne's Auto Center, picked out some cars from their inventory. and yesterday we drove off the lot with exactly what we wanted for the right price. Sue was awesome and I feel like she's a friend for life! I inquired about getting my car serviced there, so she gave us a tour of the whole facility, which was very impressive. Going forward ALL of my auto needs will definitely be with Bourne's Auto Center. Thank you Sue and all involved for making our day!

great service, great inventory, Right prices

Excellent and speedy repaired services

My Camry was there a little more than 2 days for the bumper repaired. The repair was fast and the result was excellent. Customer services was great. Matt at the Body shop was very helpful and always kept me informed of the progress. I will highly recommend my friends to Bourne's Auto Center.

Great service with a smile!

Everyone was so nice and courteous! This was my first time ever buying a car and I was doing it alone and I never felt as though a shade was being pulled over my eyes. It was very clear what was going on at all times and I never felt pushed or rushed. I'd been looking for a used car for some time and Kenny definitely made the process here easy and enjoyable!

Great collection of vehicles and great service

Bourne's has a great selection of vehicles for any price range. The staff is very helpful and positive. My sales rep Trey Hubbard is the best in the business. He was very helpful in helping me find the vehicle I wanted. i would definitely recommend Bournes for all your automobile needs.

Best Car Buying Experience Ever!

This is the first time I have purchased a used car. When I arrived I was greeted by the receptionist who was very sweet and welcoming. She directed me to Kenny Long, Sales Associate who was so nice, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I have never experienced an auto dealership where the price is set for the automobile and there is no negotiating. It totally took the stress out of buying my car. As a result Kenny was able to pull up the Car Fax and go over its history, the work that the technician did on the car before it was ready for the sale which was extremely helpful. Kenny even pulled up the Kelly Blue Book on the car as well. Kenny always returned my calls and answered every question I had. He even hooked up my Bluetooth for me and went over all of the bells and whistles in my new car once the sale was final. As a result of this sales experience I was able to concentrate more on what I was buying opposed to worrying about the price which is huge! . In addition I dealt with Matt Cygielnik, finance manager and he also made my experience stress free. I just can't even begin to say enough good things about this dealership. Obviously customer service is their main priority and it shows! Keep up the good work Bourn's Auto Center! Love my car!
