I love the team work, everything was on time just love sitting in the waiting area talking to other customers about their experience and how clean the waiting area is.

I was in Rock Hill for a two-day meeting and found a nail in my tire. Despite it being mid afternoon on a busy Friday, Kathy and the service department took great care of me. This was my first time in that dealership but I knew I would be in good hands when I observed how she treated the customer ahead of me, a veteran, as if he were a family member. She did the same for me, giving me a tour of what was available for my comfort in the waiting room then the service department resolved my problem quickly. This is our 4th Honda and service like this is why I am a loyal Honda owner. I recommend Honda Cars of Rock Hill to locals and to those traveling on I-77. It is just off the Dave Lyle Blvd exit. Several hotels and restaurants are nearby if travelers have car or tire issues

I just had my first service/oil change and felt vindicated in my research. I won't say smug, since it's too early to be smug. But yes, I think I have a car that will last a long time and with top-notch service, even longer. Everything about my experience with Hendrick makes me very optimistic.
