Dishonest dealership.

Dishonest dealership. Bought used 2019 Chevy 2500 truck from Jase Keafer and Krystal Ramirez and told during pre sale truck came with over $6000 in “extras “ (per window sticker of 6 items added to truck) and online price is not price as they have to add in the $6000. We negotiated to an extra $1000 and told of what a great deal we got for only $1000 more. Come to find out all the extra are not even on truck. What a joke. Won’t return calls. Tried managers, wrote emails, text reps…. No response except 1 from sales dept who offered to give me 1 of the extras not completed, I would like my $1000 back. … Pam Gaudreau

let me tell you my experience so far with Anaheim Hyundai. I called ahead for a test drive of one of their vehicles. I explained to the sales rep that I wanted to take the vehicle for a test drive. We live at the top of a hill so the vehicle has to be powerful enough to climb the hill 8 to 12 percent grade, without any effort. The manager stepped in and wanted to make the deal even before the test drive. Not a chance. she wanted to agree to a deal before even driving the vehicle. Not a chance. I'll see if she comes back with a different attitude.

After we signed papers, and we’re ready to take our 2023 car and go home, all further mention of the trade-in amount was denied. This is called “Bait and Switch.”

Faster car purchase for me.

Faster car purchase for me. In an out in an hour with papers signed quickly and the sales person explained to me all the features with no rush even though he ended up missing the holiday party. I very much appreciated this hassle-free interaction.

All displayed prices are 100% false. You will not get anything from this seller except wasting your time. I tried to contact them by email. And I tried to get the full price of the car before I went there like the other people who write negative reviews here. All they could do was to try to attract me there by any means they knew. There is only one thing I can say for you who are reading this : Cheap cheese is only put in a mousetrap!Value your time and stay away from this dealer. Add at least $5,000 to all the listed prices and go to dealer if you like.

This dealership is a great example of why people hate

This dealership is a great example of why people hate dealing with used car dealers. They were not honest with the costs they want to charge for their cars. For example you search for a certain price range and find it then call or email and they refuse to discuss numbers because on the fine print of all their advertisements they put in a certain dollar amount for all their add one like Tint, an alarm system you may not want, and many others! I even have text messages where the sales person says the cost will be one amount and then when you get into the dealership they try and charge you another amount. My recommendation to anyone trying to do business with this dealership is get an out the door price before ever setting foot on this poor example of a dealership. If they refuse, because they say you are price shopping only, is don’t do business with them. Go to a dealership willing to openly tell you what their prices are, without you doing a science project to figure it out. They lost my business and I purchased the car I wanted from a dealership willing to openly communicate.
