Leased a 2017 Ford Escape

I had a 2014 Ford Escape that I leased 3 years ago and lease was coming to an end. I went in and saw Chris Dare and he helped me end that lease and start a new one on the 2017. I liked the Escape so much that I decided to stay with the same model car.

Excellent service

I left my Ford Focus in for an oil change, check-up, and a recall item. The car was in most of the day but the desk person (Lisa) called me as soon as the car was ready. When I arrived it was parked in the garage entry ready to go. Great service as she explained the work done and made certain questions were addressed. I will stay connected to this particular Ford service facility and appreciate all the help I received. the person at the service desk, Lisa, was particularly helpful.

Trading in lease Focus for Escape

Met Chris Dare on entering and process began. We talked on what I was looking for, moving on to SUV. Chris knew what I was looking for and out came this black beauty. Took for a test drive loved the ride and later that day I acquired my new vehicle. Doesn't get any better then this.

Great Service and timely completion.

Follow-up on the windshield/sun roof leakage issue was excellent in solving the problem. Time of completion was excellent. Service rep was courteous and excellent in addressing vehicle issues.

Great Service, Clean Facilities

Door handle was fixed. Not happy with Ford making such a cheap plastic handle though. But fixed and happy with service.

General Maintenance

Very efficient maintenance group. I dropped my Ford F-250 Super Duty off for the 15,000 mile checkup. Walked across the street for breakfast. As I returned from breakfast and entered the counter; the truck was ready to go. Impressive

New 2017 F-150

Worked with Brandon from Les Stumpf and the buying process was very straight forward and easy. Salesman was fantastic. You would say he is "living the dream". I am very happy with the truck. Recommend having a Costco membership as the additional discounts are phenomenal. I was a chevy person my whole life and now that has changed.

New truck

Prior to taking the fusion in to be looked at we talked about buying a used truck. I took my fusion for repair but they couldn't find anything wrong with it. So right after that then I went across the road to the used dealership and bought a 2015 truck. The service was great. Although it was hard to give up my fusion we're very pleased with truck. The salesman sold us a truck that fit our needs and wants.
