We love Burns Ford of Lancaster SC so much we came all the way back from South Dakota to purchase another vehicle from them! We purchased a 2017 F150 and we love it!

Excellent customer service, Excellent Product

Bought my second vehicle from Burns--could not have been an easier or more pleasant experience--both times. Everyone has done what needed--followed up with me on tags, etc when I did not do as I was supposed to do--quality folks. I will be back.

I highly reccomend Burns Ford, as they are honest, reliable and excellent customer service. Several times I had my Ford in for service and they found some item that needed work to be done, repairs were $250.00 to $500.00 and they called Ford and had it covered under warranty (my vehicle is a 2011 escape, I know I caN get an oil change cheaper, but Burns goes the extra mile and when I leave I am 100% satisfied.

Excellent Experience! Burns Ford is Grade A!

I reviewed their web site and found a vehicle I wanted to look at. They were very forthcoming with all information. Were quick to respond and when it came down to making the decision to buy were very low pressure easy to work with. They put in the time and effort to assure a great deal. In the end I would rate the Customer Service above any other experience I have had buying a car previously. Nothing has ever been as enjoyable as working with Jodi, Freddy and the rest of the hard working courteous staff at Burns Ford.

2016 F150 From dealer to driveway with a smile!

Salesman listen to my needs as I was searching for a lightly used truck. Had a trade in from another deal that was extremely nice with low miles. Test drive was great, price was right,also threw in a new bed linear. Great group of guys, thanks to Drew and Mr. Young.
