BAD BAD BAD !

BAD BAD BAD ! I saw a car that I liked and went there in July/2025 based on the great report from CARFAX. The guys over there lied about the rediness of the car, they lied about the inspection, and most annoying of all, they sold me a car that had two major saftey issues !! one issue with an almost ruptured brake hose, and another with wheel bearing ! .. I had to pay an additional $2k to get the car fixed and safe to drive, inclduing changing BAD BRAKES, BAD ROTORS, even ENGINE OIL WAS BLACK AS TARRRR ! Very disappointed .. DO NOT GO THERE !

Avoid at all costs.

Avoid at all costs. I purchased a used vehicle from Ultimate Motor Cars and was assured by Anthony (the owner) that certain repairs would be taken care of after the sale. He did not follow through. They referred me to their mechanic, who intentionally delayed ordering the part until the warranty window expired—leaving me stuck with the issue and no support. Since the purchase, the owner and entire staff have been completely unresponsive. I’ve made multiple attempts to contact them to resolve this, but have been ignored every step of the way. DO NOT buy from here. Once they have your money, they disappear. Total lack of accountability and professionalism.

They sold me a car that was supposedly in perfect working order. A few days later, the engine broke down. The repair costs amounted to over $4,000. In two months since I bought the vehicle, I've taken it in for repairs twice. They clearly sold me a defective car. Terrible customer service, unprofessional, the worst car-buying experience.

Definitely do your research on the specific vehicle you

Definitely do your research on the specific vehicle you are going in to purchase. Look up the VIN number. This dealership sold me a car declaring it was the most expensive trim level only to find out later that it was not.

BEWARE - Do your research on the vehicle AND the dealership. I messaged Refugio Perez regarding a 2011 Honda CR-V EX-L Sport. CarFax revealed it was an auction flip that had emissions issues in NY. It also showed what dealership he worked at, so I researched the dealership. There are concerning reviews spanning years for Ultimate Motors. I thanked him for his time but told him I was going to pass on the vehicle based off the CarFax information and the numerous concerning reviews for Ultimate Motors on BBB, Cars.com, and Yelp. Refugio responded with a derogatory slur in Spanish and blocked me.

I purchased a 2014 AUDI A6.

I purchased a 2014 AUDI A6. 4 days into owning the car and starting making loud screeching noises. Went I contacted the sales rep his exact response was: YES YOU ARE OVER ON THE MILES NOTHING WE CAN DO. In all caps. Beautiful

I purchased a 2016 Toyota Tundra from Sal.

I purchased a 2016 Toyota Tundra from Sal. He answered my questions with no pressure to purchase. After I made the decision to purchase it took less than an half hour to fill out the paperwork and driving off the car lot with no extra fees. I would recommend Ultimate Motor Cars and ask for Sal. P.S. I had an opportunity to walk through the shop and talked with the mechanics. These guys all seem knowledgeable and love working cars.

Out of state buyer paperwork was handled correctly.

Out of state buyer paperwork was handled correctly. Very good communication. Would buy from them again. Used cars you should expect to have to do some work after buying it. They were patient with me checking the vehicle and taking a long test drive with me.
